Tips for accurate blood pressure readings during the measurement process?
Sit comfortably with your feet flat on the floor;
Extend your arm on the desk, palm up, keeping your wrist at heart level to minimize movement;
Stay still and silent during measurement;
Wait at least 3 minutes between measurements
Why does my blood pressure fluctuate through out the day?
Individual blood pressure varies multiple times every day. It is also affected by the way you te your cuff and your measurement position, so please take the measurement under the same conditions.

I love this! I’ve been using it to keep track of my blood pressure at home while pregnant and it’s been great. I’ve been able to catch spikes in my blood pressure and be able to be seen and get help faster. I love that it doesn’t take up tons of space. It works quickly and is great for taking with you on the go. The instructions are easy to follow and I love the memory feature. There isn’t a voice feature but the screen is easily read and understood. Definitely glad I have this in my home now.
