How should I measure my blood pressure to ensure accuraccy?
1. Measure your blood pressure every day at the same time, using the same wrist and position.
2. Avoid eating, smoking, or exertion for at least 30 minutes before measuring.
3. Please keep quiet for about 5 minutes before measuring.
What should I do during the measurement?
1. Do not speak while measuring.
2. Do not move while measuring.
3. Wait at least 5 minutes between measurements if you need to talke more than one.
When should I recharge the device?
When the low battery icon starts flashing and the device prompts “battery low power, please recharge it,” it means the battery is low and needs to be charged.
NOTE: Always use a compatible charger with an input of 100–240V and an output of 5V 1A.
How does the charging indicator work during the charging process?
The three green bars, representing health in the WHO symbol,will change into charging indicators.
The charging indicator will blink while charging. When it stops blinking,the battery is fully charged.
Why does the battery icon not show a full charge even after the charging indicator stops blinking?
After the charging indicator stops blinking, the low battery icon on the left side of the screen will not display a full charge status but will retain the factory preset battery icon. This is normal and not a malfunction of the device.

Overall very pleased
My spouse is weaning off blood pressure medications & so we wanted to have a reliable cuff to measure BP as he was weaning off the medication.We specifically were searching for one that was easy to use & read, small enough to store easily, not a budget buster in terms of cost, & of course had reliable readings. We chose this cuff because, based on its description & many positive reviews, it fit the bill on all accounts. We are not disappointed.The cuff is really easy to use. No fiddling around trying to get it strapped around your arm in just the right place without help. The wrist band is well constructed, holds perfectly during readings and is really a lot easier to use. I really like that this cuff is completely rechargeable and does not need batteries changed out all the time.The voice output on this cuff is pleasant to hear-though very quiet (there’s no volume control that we could find)- and can be turned off if you do not need it. And although the digital readouts on the cuff monitor are VERY easy to read, the voice reading is handy if you have visual challenges. Readings are, of course, for both systolic & diastolic pressures as well as your heart rate. This will not measure, of course, oxygen saturation- you’ll need a pulse/ox tool for that kind of reading.In terms of operation, this cuff was simple. One button push to stop or start. We found readings to be pretty bang on close to our typical readings at the doctor’s office- and that stood true for both wrists, with results within one point of the other side’s results. There is the option of storing up to 120 readings for two people, which is great for keeping track of your results. We love that there are ZERO bells & whistles on this cuff- no Bluetooth connection options, or wifi, or any of those unnecessary things. If, however, your doctor requires you to send results regularly from your BP cuff, this device would not fit the bill for that need.BIG BONUS! A reasonably sturdy & handy storage case to keep the cuff & charging cord together and tuck it away safely!! Other cuffs did NOT have this and we were not interested in trying to find a large storage space for a cuff when not in use– or losing yet another charging cord to that endless dark abyss in the “charging cord drawer” in our house. Units that use arm bands for measuring readings are large & take up a lot of space for storage! This unit is nicely compact & easy to put away in the handy storage case when not in use. The storage box is small enough to store in a nightstand drawer, making handy access for early morning & bed time readings. Also, if you have young children in the house that like to “check things out” (LOL) this will keep the cuff a little less accessible & exciting to “check out” when you’re not using it.Overall, this is a great cuff at this price point! Would highly recommend for daily monitoring of blood pressure readings for the typical person/patient taking better charge of their health journey.

Accurate, comfortable, & easy!!
I’m currently 61 & about six months ago it finally sunk in when my doctor mentioned that my blood pressure had been high my past several visits. But what made me really take notice was when I went to donate blood & was refused because my blood pressure was too high. That had never happened. In fact, most of my adult life my blood pressure was generally lower than average.I also hate, & I mean, absolutely HATE the arm cuffs of Standard & automatic blood pressure machines. They are too tight & they actually hurt (me anyway). This wrist cuff HBP Monitor is fantastic!!! And my Home Healthcare Nurse & I tested it, it’s accurate.Highly, highly recommend!!!👍🏻

Stopped working after a month.
I worked in a skilled nursing facility and I don’t recommend this product. It started giving wrong readings (i.e. 165/112 with pulse rate of over 100!) , imagine how panicked I was when I used it on my patients to find out these readings. Now it only says Error 2 and the trouble shooting page doesn’t even have indication what the error messages meant. Sadly can’t return it, worked only for 30+ days.

Nice to get fast, accurate BP readings
My husband and I have been mixing a lot of fruit drinks with our Ninja we also bought on Amazon. We’ve been adding beets to the mix and finding our blood pressure is going down. We are keeping track of it to make sure we don’t need our BP medicine from day to day. We got tired of fighting over our one cuff we had so bought this second one.

Excellent wrist BP monitor
This BP monitor for the wrist is impressive. I was somewhat concerned as to its accuracy but I brought it in to my doctor’s office, who also use a wrist monitor for me, and they checked…it gave exact same readings. This monitor is easy to use and settings are very legible, easy to read. It’s so much easier to use this wrist monitor than to try and get my BP readings on the typical upper arm monitor which is quite painful. I’m very pleased with this wrist monitor.

Causes no pain.
This was purchased by me based on the recommendation of my 80-year-old mother. It is extremely easy to use and causes no pain at all. In my opinion, this is a very significant advantage.

Not as good as I had hoped
It started out working okay but here it is the first part of April and it’s not working right. I’m afraid I’m beyond warranty, of any type.

It only lasted six months!
I bought it in October, 2025, and now it shows all readings over 100. As cm an example: blood pressure reads 170/125, with a pulse of 132. Correct reading is 119/74, pulse 84ob my other device. It changes every time I try it.
