Does the job (even against snoring), with a couple quirks
I mainly bought this to drown out my partner’s snoring… and I have to admit, it actually worked lol.The sound quality surprised me. It’s not premium, but it’s definitely better than I expected. The speaker seems pretty generous for the size, so the sound feels fuller than something this compact probably should.It’s also really easy to use. The interface is simple and well-designed, which I appreciate when I’m half asleep and don’t want to deal with anything complicated.Other pros:Lightweight and portable — easy to move around or travel withFeels durableGood variety of sound options, and the ones I tried all sounded solidA couple downsides:The cord it comes with is way too short—it wouldn’t reach the floor from my bedside table. It’s also USB-A, which feels a bit outdated, so depending on your setup you might need an extension or different cable.The biggest issue for me is the looping on some of the sounds (especially rain). The track is pretty short (around a couple minutes), and you can hear when it resets. Once I noticed it, it was hard to ignore and it kind of breaks the immersion. I might be a little sensitive to that, but it did stand out.Overall, it does work and it did block out snoring, which was the goal—but between the short cord and the noticeable looping, I probably won’t end up using it regularly.

Frequent silence between sound loops
I saw other reviews mention the obvious loop of sound, I assumed they meant you could tell a little bit when the noise clipped from beginning to end. No. Every 2 min or so, the sound FADES OUT, is quiet for half a second, then fades back in.Why the heck would that be the design? The first generation of this product was amazing for my child to sleep with, we used it for SIX YEARS until the buttons werent consistently working. This second Gen sound loop is AWFUL. If we hadn’t thrown away the box I would return it. I will likely be purchasing another product and throwing this one away.

Not a quality product
It gets two stars because it is indeed a sound machine. The white noise sound works fine. The other sounds don’t sound quite right. Not to mention they play on a loop that fades out and goes quit for a second before starting again. Kind of defeats the purpose of a sound machine. Also, unless you add batteries it needs to be plugged in the entire time to work.

Small & powerful but some sounds pause/skip
Small, powerful, & the buttons are such an improvement from the last model! My only issue is some of the sounds have a pause like it’s looping & it can be annoying. Otherwise love it. It has good timer options, the sound options are good & it’s very nice & sturdy.

Sounds are awful irritating
Terrible, had the first gen one and we love it, figured the 2nd generation would be just as great, the sounds are irritating and the worst part is it’s on some type of loop, full stop and starts up again…

Malfunctioning Garbage
Piece of trash.The noise keeps fading out and back in every minute or two. I ordered two devices. It happens with both. I’ve tried different outlets and different cables; it’s the devices. Also, they don’t remember the most recent settings. Every time you turn it on you need to select the noise you want and adjust the volume.The old machines were great. These second generation ones have wasted my time. Returning both.
