This vest fits very comfortably for my frame. I’m 5’4” with medium to fit build. The 10lbs feel heavy to lift but once on it doesn’t feel too heavy and is very stable with excellent padding comfort and with an extra pocket in the back, this vest feels like a perfect starting weight. I would definitely recommend this vest.

Weighted Vest (10 pounds)
This vest is easy to put on and take off. It is a good beginning weight and does not rub under my arms if I walk with good posture which it promotes. I also like the mess back because I feel like I could add additional weights if I wanted to, At 5ft 5in and 140 pounds I feel like the vest just fits. I’m sure as you go up in weight they are bigger and more adjustable. The phone case is nice but does not fit the bigger phones (not tall enough and I had to leave it unzipped). Because of that it felt cumbersome when I tried to attach it to the front shoulder area. All in all this a good product for the money.

This vest is perfect for a petite female! I like the comfort and fit — the 12-lb version has a single buckle that latches above the chest. I had previously used an adjustable vest to work up to 12 lbs, but this one is far less bulky.

I got the vest to prepare for an intensive 2-weeks hike and it worked perfect, I still use it for walks. I got 9kg one, it’s too heavy for me to run with it, but could also be used for push-ups, pull-ups etc it fits well, is comfy, the closing is good quality and easy to adjust. I minded the smell, it was an awful smell of an industrial nature, after few months it’s almost gone and it does not bother me.
