Waited til I wore 3 times
Waited til I wore 3 times before wearing. Two issues for me, one is the back support doesnt sit low enough for me. It is complicated and takes several fittings each day to get right, I am not kidding. It smells which I did not ding a star on, I imagine most of these will smell. I wish I bought the other one. I will say I already had a back brace that works great and a Posture Corrector Clavicle Brace Support Strap that is simple and fixes posture greatly. I thought having the two together will give more pull on posture, maybe it still will, I might try the other more popular brace.The brace isnt terrible, it will work, but they could have made it better in my opinion. thanks.

Not too shabby.
It does what it says it does. The shoulder straps are kinda rough and abrasive when actually wearing it. The belt sits really high, above your belly button and over your ribs/solar plexus so it hinders breathing since your ribs can’t expand. On me, it sits 1-2 inches above my belly button and 1-2 inches below my nipples, so it does support the upper back, but hinders breathing. It does not restrict breathing, but big breaths you have to work for.
