Pretty close to perfect!
I never thought I’d feel so strongly about a pill box but I actually love this thing.1) It’s big enough to hold all the pills & capsules without having to line everything up just so to get it to close securely.2) Instead of the usual pokey-pointy little push-pop latch or stabby narrow ledge “thumb tab”, this has a smooth, sloped lip that comes down in the front. It looks nicer, is less prone to catching on anything, and it’s easier to open smoothly. That means I’m not risking meds jumping out & skittering across the table & floor, going who knows where, creating a panic bc we have dogs & can’t just ‘leave it for the roomba’ if they go under furniture or someplace awkward.3) The finish is frosted, not glass- smooth, and I’ve noticed the capsules aren’t getting stuck to the sides on humid days like they tend to do on other dosettes.4) I really appreciate being able to choose the color! Most of the other dosettes/pill caddies do it grab bag style & you get what color they send. This is the only one I’ve seen that let’s you choose the color. I appreciate that!The only thing I’d like to suggest as a possible improvement would be if the days were etched into the plastic instead of just painted/stickered on. Maybe this one will do better than the others I’ve used, but most dosettes aren’t marked well & the paint/ label begins to come off within a couple months of use. I re-mark them using something pointy to etch the letters & then go over it with a Sharpie- type marker, but it’s tedious & looks messy. Also this is the first dosette I’ve seen that didn’t have braille dots.

Easy To Open and Secure
I’m 49 years old with arthritis and bone spurs in both thumbs. This is the first pill box I’ve bought that is easy for me to open. I don’t have trouble with it, and it doesn’t hurt my thumbs to open. I purchased it to hold my vitamins. It’s a convenient size with plenty of room. Very durable and well-made. Each section closes securely so you don’t have to worry about them coming open on their own.

It’s nice and pretty easy to use, just like the picture. The compartment size is okay, as long as you have a reasonable amount. Gummies don’t fit very well unless you use one. After a while of use, I think the latches have weakened a bit and it has opened in my purse twice now. Not too thick of a case. Works well.
