Works great! When I first put it on, I thought the arm straps were too loose, but after adjusting the straps on the waist, it fit much better! Great quality velcro. It’s not necessarily comfortable, but I think that’s the point. I recommend wearing a tight shirt underneath it because it will rub against your skin. You couldn’t tell i was wearing it underneath my work shirt. I just think I should’ve ordered a size smaller so the adjustable straps could lie flatter and not stick out so much.

Everyone has different back issues. So who knows what works better for one. I wish this did a better job of pulling my shoulders back

Not beneficial and absolutely not worth the prices
Lumbar support is decent. The straps for posture are HORRIBLE!!! The rub on my arms and are so uncomfortable I can’t stand to wear it. Lumbar support is definitely not worth how uncomfortable it is. Also, size is very inaccurate.
