Great bench for the price. It is a lot sturdier than I thought it would be and folds up easily. I’m 6ft tall and I fit on it just fine with room to spare on nearly every bench setting.

Nice Bench For The Price!
For $150 this is a very nice bench, especially for someone looking for a home gym quality bench. I’ve owned quite a few and worked out on countless others and overall this is a very solid bench.Unfortunately, it has some shortcomings:First, the preacher attachment is mediocre (at best). While it is useable, it’s not without a fair bit of discomfort. It moves around way too much and the length should be longer to give the upper arm and elbow more protection and it needs more padding.Second, the fact that it offers a quad attachment is nice. Unfortunately, according to the literature, the weight capacity is 88 pounds (strange number) which is woefully inadequate even using it one leg at a time. Also, if you’re going to go to the trouble of adding a quad attachment, add an appropriate ham attachment as well. And yes, while one can work hamstrings by stepping into the bottom rollers, it is a little cheesy.Third, the bench ideally needs more padding although this is a relatively minor complaint with me; and I’ve laid on some heavy duty gym benches that weren’t any better. (My BF% stays around 3.5% +/-)Finally, the rollers should have been covered in the same vinyl material as the rest of the bench because the foam material the rollers are made from will not hold up long term.A couple of other points to address I read in the reviews: someone said the leg attachment would only hold 45 pounds however, I put 80 pounds on it for numerous sets/reps with no problems. Also, there were others who questioned whether the bench would safely accommodate anyone trying to bench more than 250. I believe it may, but add my concern with this particular bench on that count as well. I checked all of the welds on the bench I received and didn’t see any noticeable issues!Even with the shortcomings however, I still give the bench 4 stars! Ideally I would like to see some of the changes I’ve laid out here but, as someone who has laid on a whole lot of benches far worse, ultimately it comes down to price. For a home gym one could do much worse. This is a very nice bench for the money and would fit the bill in just about anyone’s home gym (unless you are a serious bodybuilder or powerlifter in which case you’ll need a much more heavy duty bench).

For the price it’s great. It’s a solid bench. I’m pressing 250 and the bench is solid. The welds looks a bit off angle, but they hold well. The sewing and materials are held on by staples and not heavy sewing, but they hold well too. Overall it’s a great bench, and the pads are comfortable.
