Absolutely love these and recommend for beginners. I have been using these for close to a month now and i love it. No issues with any of the handles or grips. I leave the dumbbells usually maxed and adding the connector is simple and quick. I get a really good pump with these weights. I love that one of the attachments is to make a kettlebell also. Get killer ab workouts with those and it is challenging. Changing parts around is a breeze, just unscrew and screw, and it glides easily. The grips on the bars are awesome and give you soft padding. I have super sensitive skin and usually wear gloves when going to the gym or my hands will tear up, but dont need them with this set. I do wish there were other attachments to add more weight too. I started using them with a resistance band as well and it has been holding up, I wont try it with the hardest resistance though.

Decent set but don’t care for how the nut always comes off the end of the dumbbells. Had to catch them a few times mid lift.

Home exercises
