Excellent space saving, high quality, low cost weight option
Love these. So convenient and easy to use. Take up little space and changes in weights can be made in seconds. I think the product sells itself short by saying only odd number weights. I was able to use two weights on one side and one on the other for a four pound option which can be done for any other even numbered weight.Also, customers may think pricey however if you added up all the individual weight options available, that cost would be hundreds. So this is a real bargain, high quality, comfortable grip and very compact.Wish something like this could work in higher weights too. Would clearly buy those.

Great adjustable barbells
These are really good barbells and they are very easy to adjust, both for adding and removing weights. I am recovering my left shoulder so right now the 5 lb is perfect for me. But as I rehab very slowly I can add 2 lbs at a time eventually getting up to the 11 lbs my right arm can use now. Going to take a few months so the investment for flexibility will be worth it. Highly recommended for this purpose or if you have more than one person using them.

If you don’t want to take up a lot of room these are for you.Easy to add and take off weights. It’s a little bit of a pain to change them during a workout but it’s worth not taking up the space of 3 different sets of dumbbells.

Exactly what I wanted
Once you see which button to push to add and subtract weight, they are easy to use.They don’t take up a lot of space, they won’t roll around (which matters because we’re full-time RVers) and they’re convenient for when I need them at 11 lbs for a video workout, or at 3lbs for a walk around the lake. They’re expensive, but they’re worth it.

I am a 67 year old women and have tried a lot of different products. I have been shopping around for new weights and wanted adjustable this time. Most I found were in the “Goldielocks zone” too light or too heavy. Did not notice these ones on the first few searches. Amazon brought these to my attention and they seemed to fit the bill. Have been using them for 2 weeks daily. I love the way they snap together, makes it very easy and quick to switch the weight for different exercises. I did keep my dog and toes out of the way for the first few uses for safety, fearing the snaps would not be secure. The square shape makes storage and placement stable, no rolling around. So far I am loving them.

I am really satisfied with the dumbells, they are very easily adjusted and I like the square form of them this way they don’t roll around when you set them down. One of the benefits is that you can put almost all the weight on one dumbbell if you need to. Would definitely recommend.

Très bon produit, mais faites attention aux poids que vous commandez. Pour ma part j’ai commandé trop léger donc je m’en sers comme poignée pour faire mes pompes. Sinon, l’ensemble estsolide et les systèmes d’accroche est ingénieux.
