Whether the workout calls for power or endurance, these adidas shoes offer the support you need for strength training. A dual-density midsole keeps feet stable through heavy lifts, while remaining flexible enough for cardio. HEAT.RDY and a breathable upper work overtime to beat the heat, so you can focus on the reps. A wide fit accommodates swelling feet, and an Adiwear outsole grips the floor to drive performance. This product features at least 20% recycled materials. By reusing materials that have already been created, we help to reduce waste and our reliance on finite resources and reduce the footprint of the products we make.

Love this shoe. Functional. Attractive. Comfortable
Sharp looking. Sturdy base yet flexible in the toes for lunges etc. nice grippy souls. Arch rigidity on the external shoe promotes stable foot plant, and prevents ankle rolling.

    Love the fit! And style
Wow! These are super comfy. I also have a bone that sticks up on top of my foot which can be painful if too tight on top. These were snug in the right areas and loose for my slightly wide-ish feet. And even cuter in person!

    Size and comfort
I have a 7.5 wide foot. I ordered 7.5 wide. I used the size chart, my foot is just under 9 3/8 inches long. What had me exchange these for an 8 is the front of the shoe.Though the wide is excellent, my foot is 4 inches wide, and has no pinch. The front decorative material across the toe of the shoe does not give. It is somewhat stiff and so my toe rubs on the top of my big toe’s nail. Eventually ilthat would cause a problem. The size 8 I received is a great fit all around. The shoe has a supportive arch, more than I have known Adidas to have in the past. It has an excellent stabilizing sole and supports my feet when I sustain one legged stretches or lifts. It stays in place when I do Plyometric (sports related drills) depending on quick stop and push offs laterally. The give in the toe box is lax enough for doing sets of lunges, there is no pinch or binding.Great choice.

High on back of the ankle
Cute shoe but high on the back so it rubs my Achilles/ back of my ankles. I had to buy padded socks to make them work. Breathable design, with air holes in the sole of the foot. Nice wide toe box fits my foot well.

    Painful shoes.
I love Adidas; however, I cant believe that these are wide with and are poorly made, the sole of the shoe feels like cardboard not to mention the pain from actual shoe, mainly the toe (box) part of the shoe to the width. Extremely painful and had no width suport. Also the color, the pinkest pink is pink but it’s not a solid color as they appear on the site, they are two tone, pink magenta.

Perfect for strength training and lifting! Very stable & comfortable.
I have newly returned to the gym & strength training after several years off. I have been trying to train in my running shoes and felt SO off balance. Duh, I needed the right shoes! I’m SO happy with these Adidas Dropsets! I feel like a tree frog with my feet solidly gripping the ground. Stability, comfort, and they’re cute. I currently am working around an achilles injury, and these are very comfortable. Absolutely worth the money!Obviously: these are not walking shoes or running shoes! They are designed specifically to be flat for lifting. I see some comments like “they’re not very comfortable walking shoes”… you’re correct, and they weren’t meant to be. Search for walking shoes if that’s what you need 🙂

good for strength training, not cardio
fit true to size, very sturdy, somewhat of a heavy shoe, def not meant for running or cardio, not flexible, great for strength training

    One problem – the heel
Everything about these shoes I loved (toe box room, platform, etc) EXCEPT for the fact the back of the heel is WAY too high and stiff. It rubs and cuts into my ankle. Seems to be a common complaint.

I was recommended these shoes by my chiropractor Dr. Steven Knighton. I have tried almost 2000 dollars worth of shoes from new balance to hooka to asics to sketchers. All of them hurt my back after 30 minutes of standing or walking. The adidas are so comfortable and supportive, especially under my ankle to the side of the heal. I think the combination of support and 6mm? drop is the perfect fit for someone with back pain while standing. It has taken me almost a year to get to this point. If you are having issues with your back from your feet and orthotics dont work for you. Try these shoes. They are actually pretty good looking too. Thanks Dr. Knighton!
