Helped shoulder pain.
My left shoulder started hurting in December 2023. I was having to go in for massage therapy which is pricey. 18 months later my shoulder was still in pain and all the muscles surrounding were tight and I realized it was the way I was holding my phone when laying in bed. I bought this product to help stretch my shoulder and help with the muscle tension that caused a lot of pain. It worked! By using this product I have gained the mobility back in my shoulder and most of the pain is now gone. I would recommend this product not only for exercising but to anyone who is needing to gain mobility and help loosen tight muscles in the shoulders, spine area. The quality is good and the price is very reasonable. They are lightweight and easily to be taken anywhere. They are a thick silicone like product and very durable.

Great for resistance workouts
I got these to tone my back and at first they were very stiff but after a week of using them I am glad I kept them and have been consistent with my workouts. The description says 15lbs of resistance and I can feel that they are. The quality is thick and sustainable making it easy to say that my purchase was worth the price.

Perfect for low impact strength training
Bought these to build back strength in my neck, back and shoulders post cervical spine surgery and they are perfect! The handles could be a little better as they tend to roll in my palms with each lift but it’s not too bad just kind of annoying
