I am on a health kick and I wanted to stay on track but I didn’t want to get distracted. I bought this book because of how cute it was and how much information you can track. The quality of the book is very good as well. It is very durable.

I’ve looked everywhere for months for a decent fitness planner and can happily say that this is a no nonsense one that’s beautifully designed. It has everything I need to get a clear vision of how I’m doing fitness wise with no fluff and no useless instructions. The wire bound gives me more flexibility than the annoyingly rigid hard backs! Has enough space to write on. Beautiful setup and pretty colours.

Lovely planner but the paper quality is only suitable for ballpoint pens. Unfortunately I didn’t realise this until I used a fine liner pen on the first page and it bled through. So I’ve had to tear out the first page. I love the contents of the planner and it’s unique layout.

Was using the book for 3 weeks, and the pages are getting off from the spiral. The cover page of the back of the book went off after 2 weeks.Design is nice, you can track everything from nutrition to workouts, in this notebook. There is a lot of space for notes. However, if you will be carrying it with you 4-5 times a week, it will not look good after a couple of weeks and you will want to change it.

This is a really well organised and detailed fitness and workout planner targeted at those who are looking to improve their fitness goals.I have lately been trying to keep track of my sets and weight, ensuring i am gaining aporopriate weight and muscle and this has really been helping. There are sections where you can write the amount of reps you do and the weight, a meal tracker, self care tracker and various other things.The pages are thick and do not bleed through which shows they are high quality.Highly recommend
