Easy Way to Get Extra Protein Without Making Shakes
I wasn’t sure what to expect from whey protein gummies, but these actually turned out pretty good. The berry flavor tastes better than most protein supplements I’ve tried, and they’re convenient when I don’t feel like making a shake after the gym.What I like is that they include protein, creatine, and collagen all together, so it feels more complete than just regular gummies. They’re easy to take on the go and don’t leave that chalky aftertaste that protein powders usually have.The texture is soft and chewy without being too sticky. I’ve been using them mostly as a quick snack before workouts or during busy days when I need something simple.One thing to keep in mind is that they’re gummies, so I still use regular meals and protein shakes too, but these are a nice extra boost during the day.Overall, I think they’re a good option for anyone who wants a more convenient and better-tasting alternative to traditional protein supplements.

I need a pretty large protein intake due to a resection of my gut. I hate hate hate the texture taste of the drinks and I hate the calories of the protein bars. These have a faint fruit taste but NONE of rhe taste or calories of the former. YAY!

I play tennis daily and do not like to eat breakfast beforehand so these are a perfect substitution. Taste great and help me perform until lunch.

Do they have protein? Probably.Do they have creatine? Idk, the nutrition info doesn’t say that.But they’re super tasty, easy to eat (unlike some I’ve had that are like chewing molasses), have no gross aftertaste, and if they are what they say they are, there a perfect post-workout snack. I eat 1 serving after every workout so about 3-5x a week. Haven’t had any indigestion problems and it’s easy to remember to eat them.Of note, it is about $2/serving (when I bought) so best imagine these like a protein bar rather than compare to a snack gummy.

Why do they sell these gummies in a package that will not last a month at 4 gummies a day? Nowhere in the product description does it say that you need to eat 4 gummies a day. For $34.99 a bottle that is a lot of $$$. I will not be reordering.
