Powerful and very practical
I really like this massager. I already use different massage tools at home, but I didn’t have one like this. It’s very practical for back and neck pain, and the extension handle makes it easy to reach different spots. Even on the lowest setting it feels quite powerful, and the battery lasts a long time. Very happy with this purchase.

Excellent for Back, Neck, and Muscle Recovery
This 2-in-1 Detachable Muscle Massage Gun has been a great tool for relieving muscle tension and soreness. One of the best features is the 20″ detachable extension handle, which makes it much easier to reach your back, shoulders, and lower back without needing help from someone else.The deep tissue percussion feels powerful and really helps loosen tight muscles after workouts or long days sitting at a desk. I’ve used it on my neck, shoulders, legs, and waist, and it provides noticeable relief.The handle design makes it comfortable to hold, and switching between the regular handheld mode and the extended reach mode is quick and simple. The build quality feels sturdy and well made, and it’s easy to control the intensity depending on how deep you want the massage.

The goose/crook neck allows you to reach your entire back.
This is my very first massager so I can’t compare it to others but it’s a good product. It works like a Theracane but vibrates. The goose/crook neck allows me to reach my entire back and is not heavy. I always have knots/trigger points, referred pain and jump/twitch responses. This massager is really helping break up that inflammation. After reading reviews, I was concerned that the speeds might be too powerful for me. The lowest speed is quite strong but it’s not too much. But it’s the only speed I can tolerate. Like others have said, I wish it had at least one lower speed. However, you control the pressure so if it’s too much, you just lift it up a little. All in all, this is a great design.I charged it when it first arrived a week ago and haven’t had to charge it again. My only complaint is if the ball/head hits your shoulder blade or a bone, it bounces and can hurt a little. A lot of my knots are near my shoulder blades so this happens a lot. The only way I’ve found to make it go back to just vibrating is to lift it up for a few seconds or to move it to a soft muscle. Even then it sometimes still bounces. It should re-set to vibrate when you lift it up.

It does the job for me!
The extra wide hand held band can reach my aching back muscles and especially helpful to reach the back of my buttock where I have a painful knotted muscle for a long time. I took it to my chiropractor and showed it to him. He recommended me to use mainly the flat round disc attachment because it can reach/vibrate to a wider area of my aching muscles. The round ball attachment is also good but he thought the flat disc would be better for me. I don’t use much of the other two attachments. He warned me not to use this apparatus right on my cervical spine, which made sense. All in all I am happy with this tool. The handheld wide swan neck band is easy and comfortable to use n can teach areas such as my buttock muscles and the back of my thighs. It is not cheap but is worth the money.

Excellent massager, well made, simple to use
I’m so pleased with this massager. It works really well. The box says the charge lasts 5-7 hours, which is probably correct. While using it, the massager will run for 10 minutes and then shuts off. If I wait a minute I can turn it back on again. I am able to use it for several days in a row before needing to charge it again. Actually I haven’t had the battery run down yet. I charge it every few days so that it doesn’t run down when I need it.All of the extra pieces are useful, especially the extension arm. I love being able to reach anywhere on my own back so I can do it myself. Changing out the parts is really simple. This massager is high quality and works well.

Defective product – twice!!
the first of these I ordered would not function with the ‘gooseneck’ attachment, making it pointless to buy this particular model. A replacement was sent quickly, to my satisfaction, and it worked well. For a few weeks. Now, it does the same thing as the previous item, though now with and without the ‘gooseneck’. It turns on, then rumbles erratically like an out-of-tune Harley Motorcycle…then stops and all the lights flash red until you turn it off. Fortunately, Amazon is issuing a refund for this and I’ll move on to a different product, sadly.EDIT: So after not receiving the refund as I was promised BY Amazon…I’m now told it is too late to return either the original order OR the replacement. I would STRONGLY suggest to NOT order this product, as I can see in multiple reviews the same issue that I had – which would imply this is garbage, at best. Further, I’d not buy any of this companies products that seem to last JUST long enough to put you out of assistance per Amazon’s ridiculously short return policy. Trash product from a Trash company from apparently a Trash e-tailer.
