Great treadmill and excellent customer support
Great product and customer support! We love our new walking pad! It’s compact and quiet, and it works great. We love that you can control it from either the handlebar or the remote. We haven’t downloaded the app yet, but it’s great that you can also control it through the app or with voice commands using your phone’s mic. I was worried that other units had higher speeds and steeper inclines, but honestly, you really don’t want to run faster than 6 mph on a mini treadmill. They just aren’t made for it. Also, a 5% incline is much steeper than you would think. Units with fixed inclines of 10-15% will be too much for most people. If you want more incline, you can put a board under the front feet. I like that, after the initial .6 mph startup, you can increase or decrease the speed by .2 mph increments to find a comfortable speed. You can also immediately jump to 3 mph or 6 mph using the dedicated buttons on the handlebar controls. My favorite must-have feature is the mute button on the remote. The reason I chose this unit was that it had one of the widest tracks in its price range and it makes a big difference. As a result, the unit is quite heavy, but this adds to its sturdiness. Overall, the treadmill is fantastic, and we are very happy with it.

Best treadmill ever!
This is the perfect treadmill for me. It has an easy beginning speed, and I can safely and easily increase the speed. The best thing about it, though, is that the belt is self adjusting. I haven’t had to fool with it once. I had bought another one before this that had to have the belt adjusted twice in 30 minutes. I returned it, and then looked for one that was self adjusting. And I found it! This is small enough to fit the space, but big enough that I don’t feel cramped when I walk.

Worth the money!
I am currently on my weight- loss journey & I really don’t have time for the gym. Purchasing this walk pad was the best decision for me. Very easy to assemble, the size of the walking pad fits me perfectly (I’m 5’2, 229lbs) I like the fact that the weight limit is 320 + The walking pad is very durable, I walk 1 hour a day. The speed is manageable through remote control or the app, which is a huge plus. I love the incline as well! From someone who has gym anxiety…this is perfect for me!

Good purchase
Great workout equipment for my bedroom/ household. I really do like the incline feature. Only reason it’s not 5 stars is because sometimes the buttons get stuck and you have to be aware and it does give off a rubber like smell when used on carpet without the incline. But you just need to buy a mat and it’s good.

Well-Built, Space-Saving Treadmill with Simple Functionality
Our treadmill was delivered quickly from the date of order. The treadmill itself is very well built and sturdy, yet light enough that either my wife or myself are able to easily move around for storage. The treadmill is very compact and able to slide easily under our bed, and behind a couch.The functionality of the treadmill is very easy to understand. No frills, however exactly what we were looking for. Set up is easy and the app although not required for use is easy to download, comprehend and use for tracking purposes.Overall I’d recommend this treadmill to others looking for an inexpensive yet well built treadmill that doesn’t take up too much landscape.

Great treadmill at a very reasonable price
I was looking for a small, yet powerful treadmill that I could use in my RV. This one is perfect. I use it daily for a brisk 30 min walk at a speed of 5.0. I have used it for 2 months now and have not had any problems. The belt is well aligned and the handle bar is nice. I am 5.3 ft and the size is perfect. The treadmill folds so I can easily store it in my small RV. There are 2 suggestion I have for improvement. The electric cord is rather short. The other issue are the screws that need to be inserted on both sides to hold the handle bar in place. It is a bit annoying having to screw them in and out every time I unfold and fold the treadmill. A more user-friendly mechanism would be appreciated.

Easy and sturdy!
This product is so easy to use and I feel great now that I have it! It is super easy to set up. It’s go wheels for easier travel and goes anywhere. I use it while working under my desk and it has been a lifesaver since I refuse to go into a gym!! It is the perfect speed for me and very sturdy and who doesn’t love working out and watching their favorite shows?!?! I get to do all of that with the awesome stand it comes with. The bar and ipad stand are so sturdy & it really is a quiet machine. Makes me feel like I am at the gym without being at the gym. Highly recommend this product!

Build Quality Could be Better
Purchased this for my mom so she could walk indoors in the winter.So far, so good on the usage and functionality.Assembly was very easy.There is not much incline to this treadmill. You could maybe get 2 or 3 degrees since the front legs are only about 3″ tall.If you are any taller than 5′ 5″, this might not work for you at speeds greater than 3 mph. I’m 5′ 10″ and, at full stride (3.5 mph or higher), I was either stepping on the front of the treadmill or my foot was falling off the back.As far as design goes, the electronics are not very well done. When I first turned this treadmill on, I immediately got an error that the panel on the handle could not communicate with the treadmill (a must for the device to work). I too the covers off the display on the treadmill and display on the handle to find that the wiring harnesses do not snap together very well. It is evident that the manufacturers are aware of this because EVERY wiring harness is secured with hot glue.In my case, the harness for the cable that connects the two panels was loose in the handle. After jiggling this harness, the error went away. I had to re-seat the harness and glue it over again since it would not properly snap into place.Hopefully, I won’t have to take it apart again to get it to work.
