A GAME-CHANGER FOR PREGNANCY WORKOUTS!
I am absolutely thrilled with this pregnancy yoga ball! As a first-time mom, I was determined to stay active and healthy throughout my pregnancy. This yoga ball has been an incredible tool in helping me achieve that goal.The ball is extremely durable and easy to inflate/deflate. The material is comfortable against my skin, and the texture provides great grip. I’ve used it for various exercises, stretches, and even as a support for my back during pregnancy. It was basically my comfy chair while I was pregnant as there was no leakage of air.This yoga ball has helped alleviate my lower back pain, improved my posture, and increased my flexibility. It’s also been a lifesaver during labor preparation exercises!If you’re a pregnant mom looking for a safe and effective way to stay active, I highly recommend this yoga ball and the gifted book. This ball is awesome! I ordered the berry color and I love it. Some reviews have mentioned the ball doesn’t fill up to the correct 65cm but it will- I let it come to room temp like it says too then filled mine with an electric pump since the included pump is a waste! The next day I continued to fill it up until it reached the full 65cm. I was nervous about popping it but the material is so strong and flexible! The book that comes with it has been helpful for me to get the full use out of it. It has helped relive pressure/tension in my hips and pelvic area and also through my lower back through my second and third trimester. I’m super satisfied with my ball and I will be buying another one for a friend!
My only regret is not buying these sooner! I am so glad they matched my hair perfectly! I have zero experience with extents and these were so easy to use!! –

I love it so much I’m 5’8” and it’s the perfect size. It was so easy to inflate and the color looks perfect in my living room! It has thick material and is so sturdy. I can’t wait to use it every day for the rest of my pregnancy.

Don’t use the pump it comes with
Great ball! Thick material and very sturdy. However, the pump that it comes with sucks and takes forever. Recommend using an electric pump instead.

I use this ball daily – currently in my 3rd trimester and purchased when I was in my 1st. Super easy to inflate with the included pump. Great value for the money. The ball is soft and the color is exactly as pictured.

Many uses
I use this ball for my office area. Chairs are too uncomfortsble and I could sit for long periods of times on this ball specially now that I am on my third trimester, it is very comfortable to get theough contractions.

Helped my wife a lot in pregnancy. Nightmare to inflate but once it’s up it’s up, didn’t deflate at all and seemed good quality.
