Very effective cold treatment for muscles or bursitis.
This is much better than ice that melts and you have water all over the place. It is extremely cold and stays cold for hours.

Stays really cold for a long time
I got this bc I’m a massage therapist and like to ice my arms after work. It stays really cold for a surprisingly long time. I’d say icy for an hour and decently cold for two or more. It’s easy to roll as well.

Why have I never heard of these until now? It’s like the best of an ice pack and rubber ball for trigger points in one! The ball stays cold for hours and is great rolling bruises and swollen ankles. The plastic case lets you hold it without freezing your hands. Brilliant!

Good for small area targeted icing
It works well for targeted icing. You have to hold it, but the container doesn’t get refrigerated so it’s not cold. If you want localized pressure- get it. If you are looking for a larger area ice pack that you don’t have to hold- this isn’t it.

Stays cold for hours!!!
I love this! It stays cold for hours. In fact, I cannot use it without a sock or clothing on it is so cold. I knocked two stars because you cannot roll it very easy, especially if you add any pressure. Also, you cannot roll your foot on it on the floor in the casing, the whole thing wants to tip over. I have to take the ball out of the casing and roll it on the floor which work just fine.
