Long press START/STOP button for 15 seconds in sleep mode. If the default setting is kPa,press ‘M’ button,it will change into mmHg, Then press START/STOP button to save the data.

How to delete the old records?
When viewing the memory, press and hold the [MEM] key while holding down the [START / STOP] key for 2 seconds. When the screen displays all “-“, the memory will be deleted.

Pretty nice BP monitor
Works really well for the price, a good value.Takes 3 AAA. Note that the USB is a power source, it had no internal rechargeable battery.It the voice is very loud, but there are instructions to mute it.It’s super easy to use, and comfortable on my arm. Fits most arms.I like that it has a lot of memory for storing your readings. The display is large and easy to see. Overall nice design

4.7 stars, the volume is loud but tape fixes it
The volume is very loud. You can turn off the voice in settings, but if you don’t have batteries it resets when you unplug it. Same for the date and time and your logged readings. If you want to save the settings get some batteries or leave it plugged in. I use my phone charger to power it, so I can’t just leave it plugged in. I put a piece of tape over the speaker and that muted the volume significantly. The voice is very judgemental, and then encouraging, lol. She says the numbers and then this: “Results are, your blood pressure is high. Wish you a good health”. I laugh a little each time, I wish me a good health too voice lady.But the readings are accurate and it’s very easy to use. Numbers are large and easy to read, and stay on the screen so I can get my reading logged in my tracking app. Pulse reading matches my Garmin watch. I can feel when my BP is higher, and when I take it with this gadget the reading is higher than my normal high.

This was great to keep on me throughout my pregnancy. It was easy to use but can be quite loud with the voiceover. It would be better if the volume was adjustable but overall great on the go

I regret buying this portable blood pressure monitor. The accuracy is way off—every time I take a reading, it’s either 10-15 points higher or lower than the readings from my doctor’s office. I’ve followed the instructions to the letter: sitting still, arm at heart level, even using the same cuff size recommended. But the results are inconsistent, making it impossible to rely on for tracking my hypertension. To make matters worse, the battery dies within a week of light use, and the replacement batteries are expensive. Save your money and invest in a more reliable brand.

Easy to get basic reading, seems fairly accurate. Will not work using USB adapter. Have to use 4 AAA batteries. No instructions for setting memory, date, etc.
