The vest is subtle enough to be wearable for longer sessions, yet enough to ramp up intensity when needed. You can take it on and off easily and as needed during your workouts. I appreciate that it helps me get more out of bodyweight exercises in a different way and in addition to using hand weights or other equipment. The material breathes surprisingly well even during longer workouts; the vest stays surprisingly cool. Even during sweaty circuits, the vest didn’t feel like it heated up.
