Great vest for a beginner, especially for the price
Just wore this to a half marathon, and it was great! The vest was a good size, and ample pockets that kept my items secure: phone, keys, 2 packets of energy gummies. The water flask was an adequate size, it definitely bounced up and down, but it wasn’t that annoying. The only thing is that the flask busted a tiny hole, most likely from me squeezing aggressively. Overall, I’d give this 4.5 stars, but let’s just round up

Lightweight, Comfortable, A must have
This running vest has been a perfect addition as I grow my running ability. Profile: I am a novice runner. I run every day and work hard, but I’m not a pro and not a marathoner. My typical run is between 2 – 6 miles. I so train for the occasional 10K or 10 mile race. As others mentioned, this is better suited for short runs. For me – my long run is probably their short run 🙂 so it works great for me.I think this is a great “entry level” vest – this is my first running vest and others I looked at are easily 2x the cost or more. I’m not ready for that investment. I do not like running belts as they ride up, I find them uncomfortable, and I need water. If I am running longer than 3 miles I need water, and if I am running on a trail or outside my neighborhood, I need storage for keys, phone, necessities. This fits those needs. It has a few storage pockets for the essentials along with the pocket with the “bladder” or water bottle. The bottle fits seamlessly in the pocket without making it bulky or being heavy. The bottle holds enough water for short runs to take sips here for there – not enough for long runs or super hot days, but enough to get you through. The bottle itself is a little annoying – you have to pull it out and unscrew a top, it’s just a little fidgeting when you’re tired and in the middle of a run. I can live with it. I am used to camelbacks where you have a tube or can drink externally without interrupting your movement.Comfort wise, this is great for me. It’s incredibly lightweight and is soft, a very soft breathable mesh. It’s adjustable on the front and sides so you can get the right fit. It does not move around or bother me while I run, and none of the parts have a scratchy or bad feel to them. I also appreciate the reflective strips, though I try to not be running when it’s dark.Overall if you’re a novice like me, or just trying out the idea of a running vest before investing in a more “pro” one, this is a great option! I will be using it a lot and have no intent to look for a new one!Size wise – I am 5’2, about 135, not much up top… and I have the XS/S. It’s the right fit for me.

Great vest! Needs better water pouch.
The vest fits great and is very light! The compartments are very useful to store all your items you need during your runs. Overall, the vest itself is really nice. However, my only complaint is the water container it comes with did not last me very long, I only used it one time and not sure if it happened when I squeezed it to drink my water but it got a hole in it so I couldn’t use it anymore. I wish it would have came with two pouches if it wasn’t that durable.. I would still recommend purchasing the vest but also maybe using a water bottle instead of the pouch.
