Worked as expected
I tested it out, haven’t had a chance to use it in the field, but worked as expected. Water was clean, tasted a little better than from the tap, as that is where I tested it. Will probably order a few more as back ups.

Good flow rate and easier to clean. A few minor issues.
I’ve used a number of gravity water filtration systems while backpacking. This one uses a perforated plastic ‘shell’ around the ultrafiltration membrane which allows the water to enter from all around the cartridge, rather than just from the end as with most other filter cartridges. The cartridge resides within the water bag rather than outside of it as is more common. These features, when combined with the lack of an activated carbon filter (to remove bad tastes) results in a fairly high flow-rate. Better than most similar systems. The other potential advantage of this ‘open’ filter cartridge is that you can just shake the water bag with the filter in place and some water in it to dislodge dirt and other contaminants, rather than needing a syringe, adapter, etc. to ‘backflush’ the cartridge to clean it out and restore flow, as most others require. The manufacturer claims a lifespan of up to 1000 gallons filtered, which is very good. As with all membrane filters, it should never be allowed to freeze while there is still even a tiny bit of water inside, as this will burst the tiny microtubes and ruin the filter.Things that I wish were a bit different are as follows:-I’d like the reservoir bag to be larger, perhaps 5L instead of 3, as I like to carry a full bag back to camp from my water source, and have enough water to filter for dinner that night, breakfast the following morning (mostly just coffee), and for the hike the next day until reaching the next water source.-The roll-top closure of the bag is quite stiff and hard to bend to get the buckle to close. The buckle is also quite unnecessarily large. Both could be slimmed down to save weight.-The hanging strap is nicely made of thin webbing, but the length is too short to get around many tree trunks, or allow you to adjust the height of the hang to better reach your receiving bottles. I’d like the strap to be about a foot longer.-Depending on where you are getting your water to filter, the lack of an activated carbon filter within the unit could affect the taste of the water (but does improve the flow rate).-The filter protrudes about 4″ into the water reservoir bag. As you get to the bottom of the bag while filtering and the water level drops below the end of the filter, you will get progressively more air and less water coming out the tube, and the water flow rate will drop significantly.

Great design
I picked up this 3L gravity water filter specifically for when we’re setting up the elk hunting base camp. Since the camp is really all about bringing new and experienced hunters together as a team to connect, learn, and just enjoy the experience, having a hands-free gravity system that anyone can grab water from is way more efficient than everyone relying on their own individual squeeze filters. The real-world performance on this system is honestly impressive straight out of the box. You just fill the 3-liter dirty bag from a creek or spring, hang it from a tree branch, and let gravity push it down through the filter straw into your clean container. The flow rate is surprisingly fast for how compact the filter is, and it removes all the grit so the water tastes completely clean without any weird plastic aftertaste. When it’s empty, the whole system rolls up and packs down to almost nothing, which is perfect for keeping your pack weight down. Overall, it’s a really solid, hassle-free way to keep a group hydrated out in the woods while you’re hanging out and swapping stories. My only minor complaint is that the included hanging strap is a little on the short side, so if you’re trying to sling it over a thicker pine branch, you might need to use a spare piece of paracord to get it positioned right. But for a reliable, effortless water filtration setup, it absolutely does the job.

Reliable and practical for camping or emergencies
Used this MultiSavePuls gravity filter on a desert camping trip near Joshua Tree, and it worked exactly as promised. The 3L bag capacity was enough for cooking and hydration, and the gravity flow filtered clear, clean-tasting water at a steady rate without needing to pump. The sediment trap is a smart feature—it helped keep the filter from clogging even after pulling from a silty stream. Cleaning it was easy: just swish it in water and shake it out. The included straps made it simple to hang from a tree or roof rack.Lightweight, compact, and dependable, this is a great backup or primary water filter for overlanding, hiking, or emergency prep. Excellent value for a full kit.

Nice affordable gravity filter
This is a great gravity filter for occasional outings or for emergencies. We recently spent several days canoeing and carried a pump filter, and I loved being able to refill my water bottle whenever I wanted, but when I tried someone else’s gravity filter, I loved how easy it was to get a campsite sized amount of water. This unit has a filter rated for 1000L of water, which is plenty. Unlike a lot of filters, which have cleaning kits, you clean this one by just shaking it up, and it has a nice flow, so it’s easy to get 3L of creek or river water, then hang up this kit and let it do the work for you. As some other people have mentioned, the strap is a little short, so you may want an extra cinch strap or cord for trickier situations.A hand pump is probably a little faster for small amounts, and an activated carbon filter might get you a little better taste, but this gets you clean safe water at good rates, and is at a good price point.

Easy to assemble and use. Doesn’t leak
All of the components are nice. The water filter come in a sealed package. I the the feel and the quality of the bag and the straps, and even the camp on the filter fits well and doesn’t leak even when completely full. I can’t speak to the quality of the water. I have not tried this out in the field yet. With filtered water from my fridge the flow rate is good. I also don’t know how this is compatible with other filter types. I hope that it is. It doesn’t come with a backflush system, so that is something that I will need to work out.
