Quick relief
This oil soaks in quickly and relieved most of the pain in 15min. The spray bottle is awkward to use so I put the oil in my hand and rub it in where I need it. I reapply every 3-4 hours. Good product

I purchased this because I wanted to see if rubbing this oil on my feet at night would help me to sleep. Fidgety feet, tingling feeling kept me awake at night. Tried one of the Pure Magnesium Oil Spray and started to burn my wife on her legs and stoppedAnd wanted to try it because she has sciatica on her back, side of her legs and it has been a struggle seeing her in PAIN everyday. But can’t use and looking at returning the bottles?HELP !!!!!

I was in search of magnesium spray having heard it can be beneficial for RLS. Have noticed no results at all. Seems deceiving to call it ‘oil’ as the main ingredient is listed as water & seems exceptionally watered down. Suppose depends on what you need it for, but I won’t be purchasing again.
