I didn’t drink it, but…..
I bought this not to use fora drink,but to put on popcorn. I pop the popcorn, put it in a ziplock with a half a scoop of this, seal up. The next day you have the best ‘kettle corn’ that is better for you than all the sugar ones.And this worked perfectly, will be ordering more!

Dessert level sweetness, vanilla cake indeed.
I mixed the vanilla cake flavor with milk and it tastes very rich and super sweet. I would have liked it less sweet but it doesn’t taste bad at all. If you add a shake of cinnamon it tastes just like a gooey cinnamon roll. This would be good for people who are tempted by sweets as a desert replacement but I can’t imagine drinking it every day for regular protein usage. (Just my personal preference for sweetness level, the flavor it self is amazing.)

I’ve tried a lot of whey protein powders over the years, and PEScience Whey has easily been one of the best. It’s genuinely delicious, mixes well, and actually tastes like what it claims without that weird artificial aftertaste. The biggest win for me is that it doesn’t give me any of the gut issues I’ve had in the past with other whey proteins—no bloating, no discomfort, nothing. It sits really well and doesn’t bother me at all. Overall, it’s a very good protein powder and one I’ll definitely keep using.
