If your a person who struggles to fall asleep this Get it Noww! It puts you to sleep in 10 mins, the direction say use 5 sprays, I use 7 per foot and it work amazing it really does help you sleep.

I love this product! I use it in my bedtime routine and it definitely helps me sleep better. The only downfall which is totally normal is that it makes my feet dry so I just add some Dr. Teal’s lavender lotion to help with that.

Best magnesium oil spray I’ve used
I love magnesium oil to spray on my feet at night (helps me wind down) and this Bare Botanics spray is a winner. I also don’t experience the itchiness or residue that I’ve had with other magnesium sprays. Cost point is affordable and I like that this is made in the U.S. As I said, I spray it on the bottom of my feet right before bed and I swear it really does help me get to sleep. Also, no middle of the night leg cramps! And if I ever forget to use the spray and get a Charlie horse, spraying this oil and massaging it in helps alleviate it within a minute. Definitely a fan!!

Careful with stains
I tried magnesium before but this is the first time with the salt in it. As I put it on my feet at night, it stained my sheets for some reason, discolored. If you don’t mind that, or you can put socks on I guess..otherwise I think is a good product. I noticed I sleep good and I’m not that tired no more during the day since I use this every night for awhile.

This oil is amazing , I use it every night on the soles of my feet and the difference in my sleeping pattern is remarkable, I fall asleep faster and do not wake up as much during the night . The oil isn’t greasy on my feet neither , I love this oil spray
