I think these are perfectly sized, whether you’re packing a lunch to bring to work, taking leftovers to your sick neighbor, or bringing cookies to a friend. They’re not huge — good for a dozen chocolate-chip cookies, say, but not large enough to fit 18 cookies. So you’re able to portion accordingly and not overdo it (which is great when you throw a dinner party and want to send leftovers home with friends, but don’t want to use the huge recyclable containers that basically rob you of a leftover lunch the next day). These let you share the love while enabling you to keep a little for yourself. Container quality is decent, with lids that close well. You get the idea. Highly recommend!

I bought these as a caretaker to prepare meals for a disabled family member, and they’ve worked out really well. They’re sturdy, seal tight, and don’t feel flimsy.We only use them once and dispose of them, but they’re definitely strong enough to reuse if someone wanted to. The 38 oz size is what sold me. Most of the containers at Walmart are 34 oz and just a little too small for a full meal. These give you that extra space, which makes a difference when packing everything in. They were also less expensive than what I found locally.The only reason I removed one star is because of the lids. The base is listed as microwave safe, but it doesn’t specifically say the lids are. I don’t microwave the lids — we remove them before heating just to be safe. Ideally, I’d like to prep five days’ worth of dinners at once so my nephew (the person I care for) could just pull one out of the fridge and microwave it lid and all without having to mess with anything. A vented microwave-safe lid would be a big plus if they ever update these.Overall though, these have been a solid purchase. If you need something larger than the typical store version and dependable for meal prep, these are a good option.

These are really nice containers. I have bought similar ones before didn’t hold a candle to these The lids snap on tightly and the bottom is sturdy enough that it won’t break the first time you use it in the freezer.
