Solid tracker for sticking with the challenge
I’ve used a few different habit trackers and challenge journals, and this style of 75 Soft planner sits somewhere in the middle—it’s structured enough to keep you accountable, but not so rigid that it feels overwhelming. That’s really the whole point of the 75 Soft approach in general, which is meant to be more flexible and sustainable compared to stricter programs .In actual use, the biggest strength of this kind of journal is the layout. Having dedicated daily logs along with sections for things like water intake, workouts, meals, and reading makes it really easy to stay consistent. You don’t have to think about what to track—it’s all already there. The weekly review pages are especially helpful because they give you a chance to step back and actually reflect, instead of just checking boxes every day.The A5 size is also a nice balance. It’s small enough to carry around or keep on a nightstand, but still has enough space to write without feeling cramped. The spiral binding makes it easy to flip through and lay flat, which is one of those small details that makes a big difference when you’re using it daily. That said, it’s not anything particularly unique. Most of these 75-day challenge journals follow a very similar format, so if you’ve used one before, this won’t feel dramatically different. The “full-color” pages are a nice touch visually, but they don’t really change the functionality—they just make it a bit more motivating or enjoyable to use.Paper quality and durability can vary with these kinds of planners. Typically, they’re decent but not premium, so if you’re using heavier pens or markers, you might get some bleed-through. It’s more of a practical tool than a luxury notebook. One thing to keep in mind is that how useful it is really depends on your commitment. These journals work best if you’re consistent with them. If you tend to fall off tracking habits, it can quickly turn into just another unused notebook. But if you’re someone who likes structure and physically writing things down, it can actually make a noticeable difference in staying on track.Overall, it’s a solid, functional habit tracker that does what it’s supposed to do. It’s not groundbreaking, but it’s well-suited for anyone trying to stick to a 75 Soft challenge or build better daily routines.

75 soft challenge journal with colored pages
I have heard of 75 soft but never tried it, and thought this journal would be a new way to get familiar with what its all about. This HAMIEW 75 Soft Challenge Journal is an A5 size spiral-bound tracker, planner, and journal with full-color fun pages. This 108-page journal begins with the directions of how the journal works, the rules, healthy eating guide and diet/target groups, a workout guide, target group and activities for exercise, water challenge guide, reading challenge guide, what to do about missed days of the challenge, sharing tips for the 75 soft journey, a goals and commitment page you sign off on, before and after photos and body measurements, a 1-75 colored numbered countdown, and a 75-day tracker. The 75-day tracker features days 1-75 with 4 squares per day – each has a different color and symbol. Pink/red apple is for healthy eating, yellow dumbbell is for workouts, green water droplet is for drinking water, and finally the blue book symbol is for reading. The goal is to eat well and minimize alcohol consumption for healthy eating. Exercising for 45 minutes per day with one recovery day a week hits the target goal for workouts. 2.5-3 liters of water per day is the water goal. Finally, 10 pages of any book per day is the minimum. The main bulk of this journal is the daily tracker pages. Each page has a day marker [1-75], M-Sun day of the week you fill in, daily checklist, sleep hours and quality, mood tracker, meal plan tracker, workout section of type and duration, reading area for a book title, pages read, and summary, water tracker with little glasses you can color in, and a reflection lined area at the bottom. Each page also has a little motivational quote or blurb at the top which is a nice boost for your mood.At the end of each week of daily tracker pages, there is a weekly review. This one-page review has a “what I learned about myself” lined section, a “what I struggled with” lined section, and habits and consistency from a M-Sun layout for “eat well & drink alcohol only socially”, “45-minute workout / Active recovery”, “drink 3 liters of water”, and “read 10 pages”. There are “my weekly wins”, “goals for next week”, “one thing I’m proud of this week”, and “mini celebration!” lined sections. The celebration area lets you list your reward for the week of progress.Behind all the daily tracker pages, you’ll find the Day 30 and Day 60 check-in pages – for progress measurements and pictures. There are also check boxes for what you want to adjust for hte next 30 days, a reflection, next focus, and encouragement. The 75-day results and reflection page is about physical, mental and emotional change and reflecting on habits built, transformation, and the journey. This page is followed with a letter to your future self and a little certificate of completion you can date and sign for some self-encouragement and recognition. This is much more thorough and well done than I could have imagined – great journal for anyone looking to give 75 soft a try!

Encouraging Habit Challenge Guide and Tracker
This 75-day soft challenge habit planner and journal is a great tool to help you get started – and stick with – better habits. The journal has a soft paperboard cover and is spiral bound, making it very light. The limited 75-day time frame also keeps it light and focused. The size is also a little smaller than many planners – check this if you prefer a specific size. These features all combine to make it super portable, so you can carry this with you on the go.The format, layout, and colors are very helpful in prompting goal planning and tracking. I’ve added some photos of the different sections included. A few of my favorites are the letter to myself at the start, the certificate rewarding you at the end, the workout and healthy eating guides, the reading challenge guide (love that this is a part of this challenge!), the grace for missed days, and the periodic check-in pages.I’ve never found a challenge journal quite like this one before. I’m really excited to put this one to use before summer! The organization of the content makes it feel very do-able, and the design and word choices feel encouraging – not condescending.
