Life-Changing for My Recovery
I purchased this physical therapy arm bike on Amazon as part of my recovery, and I truly can’t recommend it enough. As someone who is partially paralyzed, finding equipment that is both accessible and effective can be challenging—but this has exceeded my expectations. The resistance is smooth and adjustable, which allows me to gradually build strength without overexerting myself. I love that I can use it from a seated position, making it easy to incorporate into my daily routine. Even on days when mobility is more limited, I’m still able to get movement in, which has made a huge difference in my progress and overall confidence. It’s sturdy, easy to set up, and doesn’t take up much space. Most importantly, it gives me a sense of independence in my therapy that I didn’t have before. If you’re going through rehabilitation or need a gentle, effective way to stay active, this is absolutely worth it. And it’s affordable!

Lovable Granny
I absolutely love this product. I use it to continue physical therapy at home. Sticks well on kitchen counter top once wiped with a damp towel and locks in place.

Press really firmly when attaching to table
This product works as expected, except that it’s difficult to get to stick to the table. Once it’s Sticks, it’s a great product. We are using for my daughter in love that sustained a massive stroke. We are hoping that using this product will help her to regain the use of her left arm. So far it’s been pretty easy to use strapping her hand to the left handle with Velcro straps. We are hoping to strengthen her shoulder and keep everything circulating and flowing in that arm as well, as teaching her brain that she still needs to move it. Easy to use a great product.

GREAT ARM BIKE FOR PT !!
This table mount by suction cup ARM BIKE is a fantastic home exercise product!! After 20 PT sessions on a big pricey arm bike I needed this item badly to continue my recovery & it works perfectly

Eh…
I use an upper body cycle at physical therapy and it feels great. Unfortunately, that machine is $6000! So I bought this to use at home. It seems sturdy enough but it doesn’t work the shoulders, which is where I need the most help. I will be returning this.

The suction cup does not stay down
The arm bike works. Only problem is the suction cup keeps coming off the table. Using a marble like kitchen table it suctions down for few and while using it comes undone. Having to re do it over & over is annoying.

Works For Me
I hesitated to purchase this after reading some of the reviews. I have been using an arm bike after a shoulder injury during my PT visits and wanted one for home. This seemed to be the only one that was just for the arms as opposed to ones primarily for legs that as an after thought you could also use for arms. They also required assembly. This is simple, straightforward and specific to my needs. I have no issues, and as I said above it works for me.
