Provides an added layer of relief
The vibration on this heating pad is soothing and helped ease the cramps. The button for the heat was somewhat difficult to locate, but once that was figured out, it provided solid heat. It is easy to use. The size makes it easy to carry in my backpack or on me. I like that it’s rechargeable so I don’t have to stay in one location.

I absolutely love this portable heating pad, it is SO worth it!!! From the moment it arrived, it was ready to go right out of the box already charged, which was perfect timing because I had just started my period and was in the middle of moving. The relief was almost instant when I put it on.First of all, this is definitely big-girl friendly. I’m 5’3”, 200 lbs, and there was still extra room to extend the strap comfortably. It fit securely without digging in, and I was able to move around easily while wearing it.The heat gets NICE and hot, I usually keep it at 113°, which is the perfect level for soothing cramps without being too much. And the massage feature is amazing. Vibration setting #5 is my favorite — it’s so calming and really helps take the edge off the pain.Battery life seriously impressed me. I got about 12 hours of use on a single charge. I even wore it to the store; it’s discreet, comfortable, and stays in place.This heating pad has been such a lifesaver during cramps. Comfortable, powerful, long-lasting, and actually wearable while living your life. I’d highly, highly recommend this to anyone who deals with period pain.

I ordered this heating pad for its purpose and girl does it deliver. The belt is sized right to accommodate me and wearing it is as comfortable as it can be. I keep it charged so when the time comes, I don’t have to worry about the battery level. It stays in place and helps quite a bit when the pain gets to be its worst. I would recommend this for anyone that experiences painful cramps. Why suffer when you can soothe?

I purchased this because the listing says it’s good for lower back pain as well as menstrual pain. I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the box. There are so many things about this that I like:1. It’s a nice muted color of blush pink, not bubble-gummy bright.2. The elastic waist strap is wide and soft and easy to adjust; the buckle is easy to use.3. The back of the unit is covered in a soft suede-like fabric for comfort.4. It’s cordless! It recharges via a common USB-A/USB-C ended cord.5. The controls are user-friendly and intuitive, using short or long press to cycle through the 6 heat, 6 vibration, and power on/off options. Its display also indicates battery percentage.6. It turns itself off after 30 minutes.Wearing it was comfortable and effective, and there are so many heat and vibration levels to choose from. I only wish it came with a storage bag, so I’ll make one for it.

I ordered this portable heating pad for period cramps expecting something pretty basic, but it’s actually really nice for the price (just under $40 at the time of my review). It heats up fast, and the padding on the inside is soft, so it’s comfortable to wear against my stomach without feeling scratchy. The pink color looks like the listing photos, and the cordless design makes it easy to use without being stuck to an outlet.I’ve been wearing it in the evenings while I’m making dinner, helping my kids with homework, or just trying to get things done around the house when I’m not feeling my best. I also like the vibration because it gives me another sensation to focus on, which helps as a distraction when I’m crampy (kind of the idea behind gate control). The heat and massage modes give plenty of options depending on what I want that day, and it’s been a really practical little comfort item for my routine.

Lightweight heat with vibrating feature
Lightweight and very portable. The fact that it doesn’t have to be plugged into a wall is a huge benefit! The strap makes it easy to wear on your belly or back at various heights. I’ve even rested it on the back of my neck and shoulder blade. It heats up fairly quickly and the battery lasts a pretty long time. The vibrating feature is a nice addition. It is fairly slim, so you can wear it under loose fitting clothes easily. I’ve been using this on my low back after some days of hiking made it stiff. The screen is easy to read and switches between the temp and battery level left. The backing is soft against my skin as well.
