Will the cuff fit my arm?
Cuff size is dependent upon the circumference of the arm (measured in the center of the bicep). The permissible range is printed on the cuff and our cuffs are a universal size, fitting 8.7 – 16.5 inches (22-42 cm) arms. Measure your arm to make sure the cuff will fit you.
How to understand that the device detected an arrhythmia?
If you see three heart symbols on the screen, it indicates that the device has found an arrhythmia, which is a disruption in your heartbeat. This might mean that you need to relax, calm down, and not speak during the measurement. If the symbol appears several times in a single week, we recommend going to a doctor.
Why is there a Micro USB plug on the device?
Blood Pressure Monitor comes with batteries included so that you can use it as soon as it’s delivered to you. You may also operate this monitor using an AC adapter. Use only the approved AC adapter to avoid damaging the unit. Do not use batteries and the AC adapter at the same time. AC adapter is not included.
Is it possible to disable the sound ?
You can turn this feature off if needed. To do this, watch the video or read the instructions. In the future, it can be easily turned on so that the device again starts voicing measurement results.

First of all, thank you for creating this wonderful blood pressure machine. The machine itself is a thing of beauty.The integrity of the company in creating this quality of a product makes you the epitome of the standard of what I consider to be the consummate company in the arena of Medical equipment for home use. The integrity of the product speaks volumes.To each of you, it may be doing what you do to earn income or have a business, but to those that you do not see, it is more than that. It is giving the world just a little touch of what it feels like to be come into contact with those who can be trusted, to create products that assist in helping others to monitor their own health.I am very pleased with this purchase. I am a 70 year old female, and I was recently discharged from the hospital on 2/8/2020 with massive PE in both lungs and one in my leg. As a result of this, it will take approximately six months for the blood clots to clear from my lungs. In the interim, I must take Eliquis daily and will be on blood thinners for the rest of my life.I have nurses that come in three times per week, to monitor my health and one of the needs is to have my blood pressure read regularly and recorded. I saw this item and felt that this would be beneficial in keeping my pressure accurately recorded for the medical staff and for the upcoming doctors visits to a Pulmonologist, Hematologists etc.I love the integrity of the machine, in that it speaks and gives verbal guidance, with the ability to adjust the volume up or down, thus, leaving no room for error. Additionally, the music that it plays adds a relaxing effect while taking the blood pressure.The set up was very easy to understand and implement.The cuff is easy to manage and and position. pump up.The accuracy of the reading and the ability to save to memory is exactly what I was hoping to accomplish, as it makes for less confusion when trying to relay information to my doctors.

Good Unit, Easy To Use
The screen is large and easy to read although it doesn’t illuminate as dark as I would like it to. The numbers need to be more visible as they appear somewhat faded like the batteries are dying out. For this reason I have to tilt the screen to see the best resolution. I would also like to see maybe blue backlight to the screen which would help illuminate the numbers even more.The measurements seem to be pretty accurate for what my blood pressure normally is and the voice is rather clear when it speaks to you.The music while you are waiting was a surprise but I got a little annoying as it was not a continuous track it just kept repeating itself every couple seconds. For this reason I ended up turning the volume off.The cuff was a perfect fit for my arm but I can see it being an issue for larger individuals with thicker arms.I see that it does have a plug that you can use for a DC outlet but it does not come with an actual cord which would be nice if you are providing an outlet for it. I would also like to see rechargeable batteries.The carrying case is also a nice little touch for on the go.My total score for this unit would be 4 out of 5 stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Doesn’t work after 8 months
I purchased this less than a year ago and it appeared to stop working, even after first time of replacing batteries. But I was able to get it to work again by playing around with the batteries and discovered it has a micro-USB port for an AC adapter. So when I plugged it in (with one I had available, did not come with the monitor), the monitor started working again, perfectly! It is accurate and easy to use. Good price too.

Easy to use!
Just received this today and it’s pretty easy to use. It was so easy that I had a hard time figuring out how to put my arm in and once i figured that out, I just pushed the start button and it measured my blood pressure, let my me know what it was and if it was normal. It also tells you your BPM which is nice and keeps the record of your past readings. If there are multiple users you can switch to either user A or user B. It also comes with a small bag for storage so you can bring it with you if you need to.

When I opened up my parcel, the packaging of the blood pressure monitor looked very professional. I didn’t have to read much of the instructions to work out how to set the product up and get it to check my blood pressure. It did bother me a bit that I found some typos in the instruction manual, as well as a word that made no sense (‘contraindications’, which I later found is an actual word. I’d never heard it before.). That prompted me to check where the product was made. It was manufactured in China for a company in the US, so I would have expected the manual to be written better considering the company is not Chinese. I like that the product can record readings for two people. I also like that the product talks to you as it takes your blood pressure. The “person” is easy to understand and explains if your reading is good or not. Overall, I am very satisfied with this product and it will be helpful for monitoring my blood pressure, as well as anyone else in my household.

I live on the start of the Nullabor Plain, 9 hours drive from Adelaide, the nearest city. I ordered it at 1:00 am (drunk), I got a notification it had arrived at my PO Box 11:00 am same day. Which it had. That is not possible. And 10 hours is less than the 10 days they indicated.The unit itself is solid feeling plastic, nice big display, the cuff doesn’t feel flimsy, I’m told that all of them are accurate to within 1 bpm and medically that is a meaningless difference so accuracy isn’t an issue, it is extremely easy to use – stick your arm in the cuff, pull it tight, and hit the start button. It even says instructions out loud (which I could live without, so it isn’t perfect) and in addition to the display info it speaks out the results, and then helpfully tells you that you have hypertension. Or not, I assume, for healthier people.And it was amazingly cheap.Now, if I could just get it to shut up …
