WoW!! Powerful sleep aid without a strong odor
I have been having trouble staying asleep at night and decided to give this a try. I had previously bought a sleep spray that you spray on the bed and pillows, but my husband doesn’t like the smell. I decided to give this a try even though I was a bit skeptical. I had drank some really strong green tea earlier in the day and was up way past my bedtime scrolling social media. I wanted to sleep but couldn’t. I decided to give this a try. After my shower, I sprayed my feet and legs and didn’t think anything else about it. It has a slight lavender smell that is not overpowering and the smell quickly dissipated. Apparently, I knocked out shortly after with my phone in my hand. My husband was quite amused at the sight. He thought I was still awake because I was still holding my phone. I woke up with my alarm feeling well rested and realizing that I didn’t wake up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom or anything. I’m so excited to use it again and can’t wait for another great night of rest.

Not working for neuropathy
It is now going around 12 o’clock midnight here in New York and I put this on at 8 o’clock and my feet are burning like crazy still so it’s not what it says it was supposed to I would like to return it for a refund

Sticky
I know topical magnesium and help relieve muscle tension and soreness but most of the ones I’ve tried and especially this product dries to a sticky finish. This is annoying to me.You can either live with it or wipe it off after giving it time to absorb.I really like the pump and spray of this, it dispenses a fine even mist and I was able to spray my back/ shoulders effortlessly. Good quality pump.I really wish there is a non-sticky option that doesn’t make me feel like I need to take a shower right after.

I’ve really enjoyed making this part of my bedtime routine. I spray it and rub it in to help it absorb, and find that it smells very nice and relaxing. It’s a bit oily but rubs in well. I feel very relaxed after I use it and find that it really helps me calm down and fall asleep.
