We love Redmond relyte! It’s so much better than other hydration brands out there because they are more transparent on ingridients! Plus, it doesn’t have the added/hidden sugars! It dissolves great and I don’t even use a shaker cup most of the time, just a regular water bottle. Its flavor is salty, but can be adjusted with extra water if you prefer. I have used it for long endurance runs and rucks, and feel it’s very effective at keeping me hydrated. I feel the price is on par with other brands, except you’ll get more bang for your buck here with their exceptional ingredients!

Excellent Electrolyte Drink – Clean Ingredients & Works Great!
I absolutely love REDMOND Re-Lyte Hydration Electrolytes! After trying several electrolyte drinks over the years, this one stands out because of the clean ingredients and amazing effectiveness. There’s no junk, no artificial sweeteners, and you can actually taste the difference compared to other brands.I started using it for hydration during my intermittent fasts and now first thing in the morning, and it makes a noticeable difference in how I feel throughout the day. I have more energy, fewer headaches, and it really helps prevent that sluggish, dehydrated feeling.Another huge plus is that it contains real Redmond salt, which provides a great balance of electrolytes without being overly salty or sugary. Several flavors to choose from, however my personal favorite is pina colada So yummy and refreshing!!If you’re looking for a high-quality electrolyte drink that actually supports hydration and overall wellness, this is it. I highly recommend and will definitely keep repurchasing!

Helps my headaches, the whole fam loves it!
My husband, 4 kids, and I all love this powder! It relieves my headaches after a day outside (!!) and is more of a pick-me-up than coffee! We tried the variety pack first, to decide our group faves and rotate between pina colada and strawberry lemonade. We travel with it and recommend it to friends regularly! Tastes a bit bitter at first, but you adjust to the taste quickly, imo. I put a full scoop in my 40oz cup with a couple ice cubes and stir with a fork. Easy. Mixes well, too. Price is a bit high, but I’m sure their costs are high, too. We will continue to be repeat customers!

The literal GOAT of hydration powders. My kids and I love this. I workout 2-3 hours a day and this powder keeps me well hydra and tastes great! It dissolves immediately and is such an easy add. I’ve ordered this a few times now and keep coming back to the piña colada flavor.It mixes easily and the taste is actually really good—not overly salty or artificial like some electrolyte powders. It’s a little on the lighter side flavor-wise, which I prefer.I like having something like this on hand because it’s simple to throw into water and doesn’t feel like a whole thing.If you already use electrolyte powders, this is a solid option and one I’ve repurchased multiple times.

I was hesitant to buy it but now that I’ve tried it I’m a customer for life. Pina colada was my 1st choice and it has a great flavor.I use one scoop in 32 oz of very cold water and the flavor is just right. It’s very salty in 32 oz water so you may want to try 1/2 scoop to start off. It dissolves well in cold water just stir as you pour the mix. I’ve even made ice cubes with the mix. Even though the water is already cold the ice cubes make it much more enjoyable. This is my third day drinking it and I can tell my body is better hydrated even though I was already drinking 3 quarts of water a day. The electrolytes make a world of difference for your body. I ordered other flavors and received them the very next day with Prime. Great delivery! Great product!
