Great back support comfortable to wear
Only worn for a day so far but the best product I’ve used for back relief. Nice and light but firmly holds my spine in a better position. Until I get standing desk at work this will be helping relieve some of the pain I have at the end of the day. I bought another in a similar style in black that looked very firm fitting however it made the entire house smell like gasoline. I couldn’t wear it at all and returned it. This is very nice soft material firm hold material and doesn’t smell at all. If it holds up well in the wash I will order others so I can wear one everyday.

Very comfortable and actually helps with daily posture
I’m honestly impressed with this posture corrector. It’s super comfortable once you adjust it correctly. The first time you put it on the straps look a little confusing, but after you figure out how they work, adjusting it becomes really easy.I wear mine every single day, Monday through Friday, from 5:30 AM until 6:30 PM. I work at a desk all day, and my back is usually the first thing to suffer, but with this on I’ve been able to manage that pain so much better. It definitely helps with posture, it won’t perform miracles if you’ve had bad posture for years, but it absolutely supports your back and keeps you aware of how you’re sitting.The material is great quality and very well made. It has internal support pieces (almost like small rods) that really do their job without feeling heavy or uncomfortable.The first day I used it, I tightened it way too much because I was excited. It felt amazing at first, but after a few hours I couldn’t breathe and by the end of the day my ribs were sore. That was 100% my fault, not the product’s. So my recommendation is: don’t over-tighten it use it the way it’s meant to be used.It doesn’t make you look slimmer and it’s not meant to “shape” your body, but as a support tool, it’s excellent. I wear it under my sweater every day and you can’t even tell I have it on unless you touch it.Overall, totally worth it and extremely helpful if you sit for long hours.

Correct posture, even with scoliosis
I have scoliosis and my shoulders turn forward so I was looking for something to help my posture and keep my shoulders back. This definitely keeps them back and improves posture while wearing it. The brace itself is very comfortable, there’s no pressure on the shoulders yet the straps keep them back. However, I will warn that when you’ve had poor posture for so long, wearing the brace doesn’t exactly relieve pain, it creates a bit of soreness as the spine is adjusting to the correct posture.. some thing I think will become more comfortable as I wear it more frequently. Also, I put it on incorrectly initially, I recommend watching the demonstration video prior to putting it on for the best outcome.

I had back surgery a couple years ago and this gives me great lower back support, but it doesn’t do much for helping with correcting my posture.

Soft. Comfortable. Supportive. I like the adjustable straps. They don’t pinch and I can feel instant release of pressure. Much better than a standard back brace or smaller posture corrector. The multiple adjustable straps make this the best one I have bought. I ordered a medium and could have downsized to a small but it still works well.

Day long comfort, Tasks accomplished
I am 74 years old, I have scoliosis. I exercise regularly to keep my back muscles strong and supported, but require additional support during the day. I purchased this brace, hoping for fit, comfort, and quality. I was not disappointed!

Excellent value but Mid-Upper back only
Recently diagnosed with degenerative arthritis in my spine and 2 curve mild scoliosis. I bought this in hopes of supporting my posture, as I was getting very fatigued in my upper (thoracic) back from holding myself upright some days. The brace is very well made, sturdy but soft. The Velcro is thick and not easily peeling. The shoulder straps can be adjusted for light support or for more pulling/holding shoulders back. Either way the brace is very comfortable. After I’m in it for a bit, i feel supported and might forget I’m wearing it.The only lack of 5 Star is because the brace is short and rides up. After wearing a bit I have to reach back and pull the fabric around the metal supports in back down so that the whole brace comes back down from riding up. It’s not necessarily a design flaw, as it’s not meant to provide lumbar support. What is a design flaw and contributing to the riding up is that the Velcro in front is one sided so that the forces of the shoulder straps and body movement bending etc., cause the front wide strap to twist because only held on one side. So the two sides aren’t secured to each other, rather only one side is secured and it slides into a v shape with movement. The result contributes to the to riding up.That said, I’m pulling it down alot because I’m wanting full spinal support due to my condition. This brace isn’t designed for that so i don’t fault it there. It’s very well made and excellent for the price. I have worn it under professional clothes, gym clothes, over gym tops, and over tanks… It is pretty invisible once covered. Working out in it gets very hot though, so summer wearing it might be a different story.

Te dejan las tallas y luego no te dan opción de elegir una, al parecer solo manejan L y es lo que te mandan. En mi caso me quedó grande, yo hubiera pedido S o M.Si la doblo de los lados me queda pero pues la idea era que me quedara bien. No la voy a regresar por que así la voy a usar.Creo que ayuda aun y que es grande, lo unico es que en mi caso me aprieta un poco en el area del busto, en la foto se ve con más espacio.
