Leaves no aftertaste and has the texture of regular gummy bears. No side effects. Easy to grab and go because of the packaging. Single serving in each small package. They have grüns for kids, too. If they taste anything like the adult version, it wouldn’t be difficult to get even the pickiest child to eat them. Being healthy has never tasted so good.

I love Gruns. I do feel that they help with my digestion and the small packs make them portable and easy to throw in my purse. I think the taste is pretty good but my family thinks they smell weird. The longer I take them the less I notice any weird smell. I’d like to try some of the other limited edition flavors in the future but I recommend these to others all the time. Get them on subscribe and save and make your life easier. Give these a try, but make sure you give them enough time to see results.

Not tasty
I read so many reviews saying these taste good but they truly do not. They aren’t awful, and I will continue to take them for their benefits, but they are not the tasty treat others are claiming. They also do not have a typical gummy consistency at all, they just break apart into a gritty texture as soon as you bite into them.
