LOOOOOOOOOOVE THESE.
I’m one of those people who reads all the reviews and compares products for three days before making a decision. I’m 5’7” (I freakin shrunk!) and 255 lbs at my doctor appointment yesterday. I’ve had surgery on my right knee (karate), and my left shin (compartment syndrome), and so many knee injections I’ve lost count. I have fat thighs. And fat knees. And just for fun, I also have fibromyalgia. So knee high compression socks were good for swelling, but really painful at the knee when I have a fibro flare. So I decided to try high compression medical tights. And alas, here we are. I bought the XXL and was worried they would be too small. When I took them out of the package and they looked like they would fit my friend Brenda, who is a size 2, by the way, I was sure they wouldn’t fit. But, I took a deep breath a gave it a go. And lo and behold, they went on pretty easily and were long enough to cover half my foot and went all the way to my bra line. Shock and awe. And get this, they are comfortable! I didn’t see that coming. The first day I wore them with a skirt because I thought they would feel weird under pants. Added bonus, my tummy looked smoother and flatter. I can’t believe I hesitated to spend this much money on compression tights. So worth it. The next day I wore them under jeans and they were also comfortable. My friend Paula asked “Aren’t you worried that you aren’t going to be able to get them down fast enough when you have to use the bathroom?” And the answer is, not anymore. Easy up and down. No problem at all. There were a few times I did notice a wrinkle around my ankle or knee and smoothed them out. So when I decided I needed another pair on hand, I decided to order the XL. Don’t forget, 5’7, 255 lbs. and the XLs are the ones I’m wearing now in the pictures I just took. They are perfect! Also, I ordered this pair with feet. There’s plenty of room at the toes, and my shoe size is 9 1/2. So comfortable! Highly recommend. Just keep the size thing in mind when ordering, you probably wear a size smaller than you think.

Great option for POTS and compression needs
TL;DR: Wearable compression tights: easier to get on, effective daily support, but no abdominal compression (important for POTS).Why I bought these:I rely on daily compression for circulation support (I have POTS, so that’s extra important). Most hose are a nightmare: too hot, too hard to pull on, and they stop at the thigh crease—forcing me to layer with an abdominal binder.Fit & Wear:- Compression level: Feels like 20–30 mmHg. Technically I need 30–40 mmHg, but these strike the balance of effectiveness + actually being wearable.- Footless design: Crucial for people like me who overheat easily.- Donning (putting on): Comparable to other compression hose—still a workout. Pro tip: use grip gloves. My method: start bare-handed, roll to the ankle, work them up evenly left/right to the thighs, then use gloves to smooth wrinkles (especially behind knees and under the glutes).- Daily use: I put them on in the morning and take them off at night.Sagging (normal for compression tights):Like all graduated compression hose, these creep toward the ankles during the day. It’s not a defect—it’s gravity plus the way the compression is distributed. My workaround: I keep grip gloves in my bag and give them a quick pull-up every bathroom break.Comfort & Design Details:- Waistband: Elastic, not silicone—good news for sensitive skin.- Tagless: No scratchy tag, but that also means it can be harder to tell pairs apart in the drawer.- Brief area: No compression at the top—makes them easier to get on, but less helpful for POTS since abdominal compression is key.- Front seam: Probably uncomfortable for people with external genitalia.- Clean packaging: Arrived neat and ready to wear.Bottom line:These tights have earned a place in my rotation. They won’t replace higher-grade compression entirely, but for people balancing real-world wearability with medical needs, they’re a practical option with a few quirks to know about.

Waist Too Small for Rest of Size But Still Work Well!
The Xl size I ordered was nicely snug and long enough, but the waistband is SO TIGHT I can hardly breathe! Really, it should be obvious that anyone wearing an extra-large size does not have a tiny waist.REVISION: I’ve also now used two other brands (one only thigh-high) and, even with the tight waist, these were better than the others, which kept falling down!

My Favourite Brand Compression Socks
I’ve gone through a LOT of brands of compression socks and was told by my doctor to try brands like Jobst or go to a medical supplier. Would you believe the super expensive ones, for how much wear I put on my compression wear, lasted FAR less than these??? These are very well made, last through everything I put them through, and hold really well no matter how many washes or how bad my swelling is that day. Having the option of compression legging has helped a ton. They are quite sheer, so I always have them under something like other leggings or pants. The material isn’t as flimsy or thin as a lot of compression socks brands, and they fit really well and I’m tall.My only gripe about these is getting them to fit right thighs up is a little difficult. These are more hip high than waist high most of the time and the waist band rolls a lot. For those who know compression socks though, you know these are quite common of any waist high socks. I’ve yet to see a waist high sock actually go waist high and the band not roll down, so I still give 5 stars and my continued loyalty to Beister. And yes, I’ve spread the word!

Disappointed
Disappointed – almost great, but there is a sharp drop off in compression in the thigh area, leaving a distinct bulging of fat that shows under clothing. The bottom portion is comfortable and compressive. I am a size 4, but have lipedema, and these are unfortunately not going to work for wear outside of the house.

Good quality. Does the job
Really good product. Have to use these for post treatment care. Thigh high ones are too uncomfortable for me so I got these and am very happy. Went up a size compared regular leggings which worked just fine.

This is magic! Its compressing but not suffocating! Took my measurements it matched size L but i decided to buy M, and it is the best decision!I work as a pharmacist (standing a lot of time) and it is ideal to me!I recommend it to everyone who needs a comfortable effective compressing tights! 😍

I have been dealing with varicose veins for nearly 20 years, I had surgery in the past and two weeks ago I had a laser procedure. I must say these pantyhose are very good quality and I totally recommend them. One thing to note, the measurements are not suitable for petite, I have 60cm tights and it says I should buy XLL, I bought XL just in case because I’m only 1.60m and still it was too big for me. Now I got a L and it fits perfectly. I don’t think the measurements take in consideration your height. But a part from that, very good quality, fits well, good pressure and is not uncomfortable at all!
