Best protein powder I’ve had. I’ve been using protein powder 5 days a week for 25 years. I’ve tried most brands. There’s a lot of good brands out there that I have nothing bad to say about but this is truly the best I’ve had in every way. The taste is the best and it mixes as well or better than all of the others.

Easy to use and tastes good.
I will speak to the ease of use, price and taste since effectiveness is hard to measure. Protein works in tandem with resistance training and creatine to build muscle and strength. I gave it four stars because, again, I cannot speak to its contribution to muscle and strength building.- Cost is in the ball park of similar products.- Taste is really good. I’ve used protein products before and the taste became a no go. The vanilla is good.- Bends fairly well. Some clumping during mixing that can be smooth out with a little effort.- Bloating – When I first used this, I mixed one scoop in almond milk and it felt like a gut bomb in my stomach. The feeling of extreme fullness and bloating. Initially, I generally split the serving in half and took it twice. Now, I am now blending full scoops as it seems my body has gotten used to the product.In researching the topic, I learned that people (specifically seniors) should consume up to 100 grams of protein per day to maintain/build muscle as well as to keep bones healthy so it makes sense to supplement one’s protein intake even if you are not resistance training.

Macros – outstanding, taste – well, it’s protein powder
The macros for dymatize are outstanding as per usual. Their quality is just the best on the market and it does mix quite well. It’s also good for baking.The taste isn’t anything special but also not bad by any means. Just the usual vanilla flavor.I would say it is quite sweet though so I usually do not add, or only add very little sweetener to any meal (cake, yogurt etc.) I add this to.It is quite pricey but after trying so many others I feel like dymatize is just superior.
