Doing a Good Job, Runs Quietly
Bought this to replace a different brand whose temperature controller didn’t work. I’m using this one regularly. Have made apple, banana, and mango chips, and some beef jerky. The jerky was too tough, but I don’t blame the machine; I’ll adjust the settings and try another batch soon. Will figure out the sweet spot with some trial and error. Runs very quietly, too, which was a concern I had with an older one.
