quite frankly this is one of the few products i trust with the full geographical map of my body. face, neck, chest, random dry patch on elbow that appeared after i walked past a radiator too confidently. all of it.my skin has the structural integrity of a frail victorian aristocrat who’s just received troubling correspondence. a strong wind? redness. weather change? devastation. one overly fragranced body wash drifting through the air molecules near me? suddenly my skin barrier is writing its will by candlelight.and this stuff genuinely calms everything down. rich without feeling greasy, deeply moisturising without that weird suffocating film some heavy creams leave behind where you feel like a basted chicken rotating gently under kitchen lights. it just sinks in properly and leaves my skin soft, comfortable and noticeably less dramatic.the niacinamide and shea butter combo in this is genuinely excellent for barrier support. whenever my skin starts acting spiritually exhausted, this is what i reach for first. i’ve used much more expensive creams that performed worse while charging me like they were funding a private moon launch.which is the thing that continues to mildly astonish me. for the quality, this is so affordable. especially because the bottle lasts forever. you need less than you think unless you’re doing what i do and applying it with the emotional urgency of a medieval healer trying to save the kingdom.also crucially: no overpowering fragrance. thank god. i do not want my moisturiser competing with my perfume, my laundry detergent and my nervous system simultaneously. sometimes i just want hydration without being hunted for sport by synthetic peony molecules.my bathroom shelf at this point genuinely looks like a tiny apothecary dedicated exclusively to “preventing my skin from experiencing adversity” and this has earned permanent residency there. if they discontinue it i’ll probably be outside la roche-posay headquarters in a long black veil holding a single unmoisturised hand to the sky.✨tl;dr✨ sensitive dry skin people… this is the one. rich, soothing, barrier-loving, lasts ages and somehow costs less than half the luxury creams that give you 90ml of disappointment and a tiny spatula.

Wonderful for dry skin
I have dry skin, and this body lotion has made a big difference for me. It keeps my skin really well hydrated and leaves it looking glowy without feeling overly greasy. When you first apply it, it can feel a little greasy, but it absorbs pretty quickly and doesn’t leave that icky feeling behind.Since I started using it, my skin looks and feels so much better—softer, smoother, and healthier overall. Love this product!
This is my go-to face and skin moisturizer. Not only does it keep my skin nice and soft, but it is such a great brand because a little bit goes in Long Way. I love the fact that it’s fragrance free, and it has been dermatologist tested for safety. It’s a little pricey, but when you calculate the fact that it spreads a lot and goes a long way. It’s definitely worth the money. The bottle size is absolutely perfect at 13.52 flowing ounces lasts me a very long time. Keeps my skin hydrated all day and all night.

Moisturizes skin, no fragrance, great quality
Very thick and creamy lotion. I live in the Las Vegas area and it is obviously very dry, moisturizing is essential. This is a very thick body lotion, I do add a few drops of castor oil to it for added benefits and I have noticed my skin stays hydrated. There is no odor and I haven’t experienced any skin irritation. It is a bit expensive considering the amount you get and because it is so thick you really have to press down hard on the pump. But all in all I like it and will purchase again,

Noticable difference
My job is about 50/50 physical labor and being on a computer, so my hands get roughed up and dry out and then the outsides of my palms get callouses from them sitting on my desk as I use my mouse & keyboard. I’m not the best at keeping a routine of regularly using lotion, even if it is sitting on my desk.However over the past few weeks I had noticed my callouses getting worse so I’ve been ensuring I put lotion on every few hours and I can tell a marked improvement. Also have another bottle at home that around the same time I’ve been putting on my feet before bed and have noticed the few callouses and rough skin on my feet getting much better as well; which I have tried other lotions here and there but never seen much improvement after a few weeks so I end up just giving up; so this is the first one that has actually made a difference.It does leave my skin slightly greasy, it does settle into the skin or dry off or whatever after about 10 minutes. It’s not like horrendously greasy to where you can’t grip anything, but enough that I wouldn’t hold a glass of ice water with my hands since combined with the condensation it’d probably slip.Anyway, out of every lotion I’ve ever used in my life this is really the only one that I’ve seen noticeable improvements in my skin

Was pleasantly surprised by its smooth application and long-lasting effect. I now use it first thing in the morning before my sunblock; right after my shower for face and décolletage. Before bed, after a good application of my serum, I lock all in with it. Wonderful stuff that last many hours. Face look distinctively moisturised. Qualifying note – I live in the tropic.

My newborn baby started developing eczema after a couple of months. I had been trying aquaphor but didn’t notice a change (and it was super greasy). A friend recommended this cream. I rubbed it on the dry areas after each diaper change (mostly behind her knees and back). Within a couple of days, I noticed a huge improvement! Her skin is so soft now. Miracle worker! (The only thing I don’t love is that it smells like black liquorice – but the smell fades pretty quickly after application.)
