This heating pad is the best thing I ever bought in my life. It’s a perfect size for me. It’s so soft and smooth works excellent and has a good grading on it. You can put it up very high and it also has a long time on it I really am enjoying this heating pad and so are my dogs. They think it’s the greatest thing.

Good size and heats up well. I will say it doesn’t always stay equally hot in all areas when it’s on for an extended period of time. It does heat back up all over after it’s started again. I also do agree that pressing the buttons to adjust has a click that’s loud and can wake someone up at night. But overall it does what’s its intended to do.

Finally: a heating pad large enough to reach from neck to bum! I purchased this XXXL heating pad specifically for my wife. Like many, sometimes the discomfort of a bad back is simply too much for tiny normal heating pads. This one does it, and well. Also great for those times she’s “chilled right through” and needs some instant comfort.Of course, I used it enough to buy a second one for myself. It’s reasonably priced, well-made, and seems like it will last. If you’re looking for big comfort, this is the one.

I had a REALLY UNSAFE experience with this
First, I think the controls are really bad. The heat side had a bar graph that is opposite to what says “high” or “low” so she shortest line is high and the longest line is low. Bizzare.BUT MORE IMPORTANTLY, I used this for a couple months excited about the size because I get bad tension muscle aches. But I began to have a bad feeling about it. Even on the lowest setting it would feel extremely hot…. I stopped using it and reverted to an older, smaller one (with better controls).Today I turned it on this morning for one of my cats to sit on, putting it on low and on a short timer. It’s cold, my cat is old, I like him to have some heat but I don’t want it to be too much. So low setting, short time.It is now SEVEN HOURS LATER and I just noticed that the thing is still on, and is super, super hot.Yes, bad on me, I should not have left it unsupervised, I should have checked it earlier, I know. We should all be doing that. My bad. BUT …. human beings are going to human and sometimes we are going to accidentally fall asleep using it or forget it is on. I am throwing it away, because I don’t want a heating pad that operates unsafely in my home.Edited to add – Seller reached out to ME offering a full refund, but is now trying to take that out of Amazon channels and have me contact them separately. I find this shady, since they offered it to me (I did not approach them asking because I was outside the return period), my experience is they can do this within Amazon but are choosing not to. Adding this because with a dangerous product (ime) + seller acting weird (imo) about it, I want people to be aware.
