Not a horrible taste
Now you gotta understand that a vegetable drink mix is not going to taste like fruit juice but this one isn’t as bad as others I have tasted. I actually don’t mind the taste at all, it is earthy and kind of like what unsweetened green tea tastes like.I also like that it mixes very easily with cold water. The no added sugar thing is always a great feature. I also like that this makes me hit my vegetable consumption to a higher and better level. Mixed in with the amount it says in the instructions, makes it not that strong but still get the earthy, green tea taste. For me this amount is enough but maybe if you lie it stronger (or weaker) it could be managed with more or less liquid.I haven’t noticed a real noticeable change after about a month but, I was already eating healthier and doing more exercising so maybe for someone who is starting to take better care of themselves, this could be a pleasant change.

I really wanted to like this! I added it to my smoothie (with the usual berries, bananas, etc) but whew it was overpowering! Just one packet and the whole smoothie tasted green and grassy. I am sure the nutrients are great, but I just couldn’t get past the taste. I can’t speak to the effectiveness as I personally didn’t notice any difference (but I only had one so I didnt get that much data)
