These are a bit smallish.I ordered these to cover my cgm while it done that it wasn’t long before my arm started getting numb. I honestly do not see how a phone would fit in the pocket unless it’s a old school flip phone.

I really liked this product
I use these bands when I go running outdoors. I was surprised because when I looked at them, it looked like my phone would fit in them, but they’re actually very stretchy and flexible. They fit perfectly on my arm and aren’t too tight because of the elasticity of the fabric.

MEH… Better than a armband pouch but small.
This is the problem when you buy clearly Chinese products, they’re made with Chinese people in mind, meaning their measuring scales are smaller than us Americans. I’m not even that jacked and this large is choking my biceps and too loose for my wrist. Also, you are NOT FITTING A 7in Phone in here, even off your arm, there’s not enough stretch for it. I tried with my S24 Ultra. NO GO. Glad I have a 4in Media player for my dog walks. It fits nicely in the pouch.Some things to NOTE:1) The larger the device inside the pouch, the less stretch to go around your arm.2) I recommend keeping it unzipped, since this isn’t going anywhere thanks to the tension and spandex hugging all corners. This way you can feed headphones, and easily pull out the device.3) The 4in Joliker MP3 Player is great, zero lag for music, extremely strong BT, and fits very nicely in this and can easily slide in and out to switch tracks.

My arm measured 11 inches around and I didn’t realize that this only came in a large , but when I put my phone in ( 16 ) …. It fit great !

Too small for phone, Too small for arm
This needs to be about two inches longer to fit my Galaxy S21 phone. Also, I can wear it around my wrist, but it cannot get around my elbow. Sizes were not an option at the point of sale. I own a similar one of these, and after using it almost daily for two years, it’s worn out and needs to be replaced. Receiving these was a disappointment. I will give them to my eleven-year old, whose arm and phone are much smaller. If there are adult sizes, please advise on how to purchase.

Doesn’t have any grip to stay on your arm
Just big enough to fit my Galaxy s23, but too big to stay on my arm, and it has zero grippy parts to help it stay up.Your biceps better be swoll if you want to use these.
