Easy to use and they work great!
This weight set works great! It was delivered faster than estimated, and both my husband and I can use the set. Takes up much less space than your rack of weights which is a plus. Easy to change the weight amount and so far it’s been sturdy. The grip is good on these and I do recommend! It was a reasonable price as well compared to others that were similar.

Excellent quality but too heavy for beginners
Excellent dumbbells. They are a bit too heavy for beginners and the jump from 6.6 to 19 to 30 lbs can be hard if you’re just starting out.Otherwise, great quality. The adjustment works well and the weights never felt loose or fell off.The stands are useful and the flat bottom prevents rolling on the floor.

Excellent quality, sturdy, and great deal
Bought these for my wife, I use Bowflex 1090’s in my home gym.These are of grate quality, weight feels accurate and sturdy. If you need a lighter set of weights every bit the quality of a Bowflex high dollar option.

Bad design
Unfortunately the locking mechanics in this set did not hold up. One of the bolts broke on the inside and the small push pins are worn out making the unit dangerous to hold over your head. The plates fall out super easy while using. Ill be going with another brand.

Not dumb dumbells
These dumbells are clever. Dial in the weight you want from 5lbs to 25lbs in 5lb increments and start to get swoll. They work easily so you can work hard. Keep at it until they’re no longer heavy, then go up in weight. Don’t drop them on your feet. Gravity sucks.
