    Food for thought
    This is a great book as it keeps me on track on my food tracker, water intake, monthly goals, my walks/cardio, a full calendar to view progress. I don’t use all sections but it has been helpful & keeps me mindful on my target goals. I also use it to write down my daily thoughts.

    Good choice, from a Planner-Lover!
    I am getting back in the groove of life after some pits & valleys. I chose this planner for some guidance and accountability to help me.The downside: It is only 3 months’ worth of recordings, so I ordered 4 so that I can have an entire year.A color for Winter, a color for Spring, a color for Summer, and a color for Fall. I did not want to do this, as it gets pricey; however, I ordered approx. 20 planners twds the end of this year (2023) so that I could compare them all *in person* to see what actually would fit my needs. After taking my time comparing them in great detail, I decided to keep this Clever Fox Fitness & Food Journal 2nd Edition, as it allows me to record meal plans, workout details, weight, sleep, gratitude, moods, etc. I am looking fwd to 2024 using these 4 Clever Fox journals I ordered. The overall cover (front and back) is super sturdy. And the colors are beautiful! Again, down side is price for only 3 months.

    Perfect fitness tracker
    Way better quality than I expected. This is a hard cover fitness tracker. Thick pages. Come with some stickers. This is going to be a game changer for my work outs. It allows you to track your progress.

    Nice Journal for Meal tracking
    Beautifully structured journal – nice leather like binding, durable paper, sturdy pen loop, very easy and adaptable layout and about 3 months of days to record work outs and track meals. The only complaints I have are that the pocket in the back of the journal is not big enough, I’m not using the pages to record workouts (I track that with my Apple Watch), and I don’t use the monthly progress pages because I didn’t have a camera for a picture and forgot to keep up with my measurements each month. It also comes with stickers and I’m not using those either. Overall I really like this journal and if I had the time I would totally be using all of the other pages , but it’s great for meal tracking and goal tracking for me!

    Food Journal
    After a Doctor visit for horrible skin rash around my eyes and eye lids, it was adaviced for me to stop eating wheat (all forms) glutten, rice, corn, soy, cereals, potaotes, sugar, and or artificial swetners until be allergy tested. The Doctor ask that I keep a food journal so we could actually monitor how my body was responding to the change. This planner is exactly what I needed. Great colors to pick from, and perfect size to go everywhere with you. Sturdy cover with elastic close, 3 dividing ribbons and a pen/pencil holder. This planner comes with lots of stickers to keep one motivated and on target. Upon opening the planner there is a page to log all your measurements. They have included a quick start guide to teach you how to measure and get accurate reading everytime you measure. Also a place for before and after photos. Then you Goals. 5 goals to write down, what they are, why you want it, the deadine to achieve it, and your reward. Please reward yourself, you deserve it. Then you find an undated monthly calendar,monthly reviews that include what were the biggest wins, how do I feel about myself,how will I improve next month. Love this part. Then for the day to day. There is a place to record work outs:number of reps, how many sets, what kind of exercise and additional place for cardio. Opposite that page is the food journal. Track you mood, water consumption, weight, # of hours slept, body fat, fruit, veggies, caffein drinks, energy level and activities. Then you have Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner lines ( 6 lines for each) to record what you eat. There is also a place for serving size, calories, protien, fat, and carbs if you are measuring any of those. Then there is additional space for snacks (9 lines) This planner has made it easy for me to log my foods and keep a great record for my Doctor’s review. It has also made me aware of what I am eating and when. Clever fox has a wide sellection of planers for all your needs. This is one of 3 that I have.

    Great exercise tracker
    This was for my daughter. She’s very regimented and likes to record her exercise routines over the month.It’s well made. The outside cover is very pretty. She does a lot of different activities: walking, running, climbing, going to the gym, etc., and the lay out of the organizer is perfect for her needs. It’s good quality, she is happy with it.

    This is my fourth year of using the Fox Planner as an educator. I love the layout, there are enough spaces to map out the learning and see the big picture for the week, where as other Eductional Planners use the daily page. I should say that the lesson resources and plans are digital; therefore, the size I chose is perfect for quick identifcation of class, topic, and HW tracking with space at the side for notices. The fun stickers are cool, they catch your eye to plan or share key information. While there are other sections to map out projects which I use for the ECO Awards and Charity events

    I love this journal! It is visually great, has a lot of space to write notes, and the pen holder is a bonus! I started the 75 hard and bought this a few weeks in, wishing I had purchased so I could track from the very beginning. I plan to continue to use after the program as it is really motivating and rewarding to see the progress through the days and weeks. If you’re looking for a way to track both fitness and nutrition, this is a great book for that!
