Game-Changer for Period Pain
I’ve always struggled with terrible cramps during my period, to the point where I had to take pain pills every 3 hours just to get through the day. I decided to try this Period Cramps Pain Relief TENS Unit with Heat, and honestly, it has completely changed everything for me. The combination of gentle heat and the TENS stimulation works so well to ease the pain, and I love that it’s wearable and discreet. I can actually go about my day without constantly worrying about the next dose of medication. The fact that it’s USB rechargeable is also super convenient. This device has made such a difference in my routine, and I wish I had found it sooner!

I can’t personally test this one since I don’t have a uterus, but my wife and daughter both tried it during their cycles. Their feedback was positive overall. They said the combination of heat and TENS stimulation felt soothing and took the edge off cramps, especially when used early.They liked that the intensity is adjustable and that it’s slim enough to wear under clothes without being obvious. It stayed in place during normal movement and wasn’t bulky. USB-C charging is a nice touch and makes it easy to keep ready.This isn’t a miracle cure, but they both described it as helpful and comfortable to use. Absolutely not.
I tried this tens unit for period cramp relief as advertised. The instructions on the unit are not very clear on how to use the unit. Once you turn the unit on, it does not tell you what level you are on, whether or not you are using the tens part, or heat only. It has on/off +/-. It doesn’t really matter how much you push + because you never really feel anything other than the heat and it doesn’t get very hot. At one point I very, very mildly felt the tens for a few seconds but it went away pretty instantly. I never once got pain relief. The heat lasted less than the length of a single episode of a show before it shut off on its own. I repeatedly tried to push the + on it but nothing ever happened.To say I’m disappointed would be an understatement. I get more pain relief from an ibuprofen and heating pad.

I got this for my daughter to help with her cramps, and she says it’s helps. It’s small and lightweight so she can use it lying down or sitting up. She said the combo of heat and TENS really helps when nothing else works. She can use it anywhere and it travels easily when we go on vacation.It’s easy to charge, simple to use, and gives her real relief without having to rely on pain meds all the time. Definitely worth it if you struggles with cramps! Overall a good product that functions as intended and seems quite durable.

Lightweight and Works Great for Period Pain
This device really helped me with my period cramps. It was very easy to set up and use, and I liked how lightweight and small it is. I can wear it under my clothes and no one can tell, which makes it perfect for when I’m around the house doing chores or at work.I really like that it’s rechargeable with usb-c instead of constantly replacing batteries. The charge lasts through several uses, which is a big plus.The only downside for me was the adhesive, it didn’t stick as well as I would have liked. Other than that, everything worked great. The heat and TENS combination gave noticeable relief from cramps, and it even helped my daughter when she tried it.Overall, I’m happy with how effective it is for pain relief and how discreet it feels to wear.
