Good product, excellent customer service
This is a big heating pad that works great that heats up quickly. With any product there is a chance that something with it, will go wrong or it will break. After a few months of use we noticed that the pad would start to heat up, then all the lights would flash, and the pad would turn off. We contacted the manufacturer, VIA their website to submit a warranty claim. We received a quick professional response and a replacement in less than a week, excellent customer service.

This has been the best heating pad! Super long to allow coverage over my entire back! I love it! Until if had a glitch. Fortunately the company – ComfyTemp – not only reached out to help us but quickly replaced our heating pad with a new one! Their customer service was exceptional in today’s market. It Works And Gets Really Hot!
For all who have problems with it staying on for more than a few minutes, take heart! This happened to me, and I solved the problem by keeping it spread out–without using it–on my bed on high temperature until it shut off on its own. After that, it works great! It gets really hot, which, as you know, is important and which I found to be a frequent complaint in the reviews of other heating pads. The pad itself is soft, cushy, and flexible. The generous size covers my hips and lower back completely, and I am a large person. The auto shutoff works, and the two hour duration is ample to ease my pain for hours after it shuts off, which surprised me. I find it to be an excellent value, and I think you will, too!

Solid Heating Pad, But Not Quite What I Expected
I bought this **Comfytemp electric heating pad** hoping for reliable heat therapy, especially for back and shoulder tension. Overall, it delivers on the basics, but a few design quirks and size issues kept it from being a 5-star experience.### The Good- **Heats effectively**: It warms up quickly and provides nice, even heat across the pad. The three heat settings give good flexibility — low is gentle for longer use, and high really delivers soothing warmth. Perfect for muscle aches or period cramps.- **Auto-off works well**: The 2-hour automatic shut-off is a great safety feature and seems to function exactly as described. I appreciate the peace of mind, especially when using it while relaxing or falling asleep.- **Soft and flexible**: The fabric feels comfortable against the skin, and it wraps around body parts (like shoulders or knees) pretty easily.### The Not-So-Good- **Smaller than expected**: I was anticipating something larger for full-back coverage. It works, but I find myself repositioning it more often than I’d like.- **Hard to keep in place**: It wraps nicely at first, but without any straps, weights, or grippy texture, it tends to slip off, especially if you move around.- **Awkward controller design**: Both the power cord and the connection to the pad come out of the same end of the controller. This makes it feel bulky and clumsy to hold or position while adjusting settings.- **Loud buttons**: The click on the controller is surprisingly loud — not ideal if you’re using it at night or trying to be quiet.- **Not weighted**: This one was on me — I misread the description and was specifically looking for a **weighted heating pad**. Get good features for the cost.
The heat settings on this are different than others I have purchased. High, medium, low. That feels a bit limiting, but I will adjust. The pad shuts off after 2 hours. I like this a bit better than the previous one I had that shut off at 45, 60, and 90 minutes. That is a preference. The fabric is very soft and the ability to wash the pad is definitely a plus. The size is also nice – much more coverage than average pads. Price was great for the choices in color and size.

This heating pad is so awesome! I highly recommend and particularly like that it’s long and can span the shoulders to the legs. The heat is consistent but be careful if you have it on the highest setting as it gets hot but just one more reason I have it 5-stars!

Awesome product if you suffer from back pain
I experienced horrible pain in my hip, thigh and back for months last year due to a pinched nerve. I had a smaller heating pad which I was putting to the test daily but when I got his extra large one, I never used the other one again. This thing was my constant companion for months and was large enough to cover all of the areas where I was having pain. It has a timer so if I needed it during the night, I could set it for an hour so it wouldn’t be on all night if I fell alsleep. The fabric is very soft and comfortable and I always cranked it up to the highest setting and it provided so much relief while I was going through this awful chapter. I’ve recovered now but still use this on chilly nights watching tv as a little lap blanket. Great product.
