Great exercise
I love this the first time trying it I was only able to use it for 5 minutes it burned my muscles in a good way and places I haven’t burned in a long time. Easy to set up it basically put it all together for you just have to tighten the bolts and screws took ten minutes. Love this

Received this item and all was well, but when I put it together there I noticed a rip in the one of the foam handle bar covers. Don’t know how that will affect the long-term wear on this part of the product. I would include a picture, but that option is not available.

Lol, putting it together is a workout! I’m missing one nut for the bottom support but there was a big hole in the box and the small pieces weren’t contained well enough to not fall out. An Allen wrench is not included but is needed for optimal tightening. Once I assembled it, it gave me a nice workout. This is a you get what you paid for piece of equipment, which is fine by me tbh.

Poorly packaged
Came very poorly packaged. One of the protected plastic feet was shattered and had to go to the hardware store for missing pieces. $16.95 added to the price as well as my time. Works as expected, but really sketchy packing

This is a great workout machine once you get it assembled and put into a nice space.
This squat rowing machine delivers a solid, full-body workout with great workout quality and comfort, and once assembled it feels sturdy and well-built for its size and weight. Assembly can be a bit tricky and the machine is heavy, especially for a female setting it up alone, but the quality, smooth performance, and space-efficient design make it worth it.
