There are no clear instructions on how to use or how long to wear. I feel some adjustment when wearing but since I’m not sure I’m wearing it correctly, I don’t know if that’s a good thing.

Not adjustable enough
Not for petite women. I am 5’1, 105 lbs and it didn’t adjust small enough for me so I had to return it. The material itself seemed good and relatively well made, just not suited for us smaller ladies.

Good so far
So far so good being new to this I do wish it came down a little lower on stomach but it does help with me at my desk to keep my back from hurting and standing upright. I do hope the Velcro holds up as I see some others commented on this but we will see but glad to have some support more than none at all

Keeps coming apart and difficult to put back together, besides not giving much support

I’ve tried a couple others, but the simplicity and price for this worked best for me. It rubs a little under my armpits but it was not made for all-day use. It reminds you to stand up straight and pull back your shoulders when you take it off.
