GREAT PRODUCT
The item was shipped within a day of it being ordered and was received without any damages. The unboxing was easy enough. The product was already assembled and ready to use. I must highlight that after reading the instructions and powering it on it did not start. I started panicking, thinking that something was wrong. However, it was an easy fix I contacted customer support using the number in the manual and I was provided with a simple solution. The remote had to be reprogrammed. This took less than a second to complete. Once that was completed I heard a satisfying beep and the belt on the treadmill started to move. IT WAS WORKING.!! I have been using the item consistently for over 5 days because I need to get my steps in while working from home. I am not big on exercising and I am not familiar with gym equipments and feared that I would have had a hard time using this machine. I can truthfully say I am comfortable using this treadmill as it offers different speeds that can be adjusted based on how intense I want my session to be. It allows me to pace myself while counting calories, tracking the distance walked, while keeping the time. The Walking Pad Treadmill is easy to use, easy to store and does not require much space. It is light weight so I can move it around easily without any assistance from my partner. The noise level is great as I am able to make calls while getting my steps in! So far this has been an awesome purchase!

Its been few days since I have set it up and used it. Setting up was a breeze, no rocket science. I Which the power cable was a little longer, but that can be resolved with an extension cord. So far I have had good walking sessions till I was able to raise my heart rate till I broke a sweat. Moving it around is easy and its not too heavy.

Stopped working, removed cover, now its working again. Crazy fix!
Great little walking pad for short strides. It also died a month out of warranty. It worked the night before and just would not turn on the next day. Replaced the batteries in the remote still nothing. Pushed buttons, still nothing. Then I took the top panel off and then pointed the remote at it and it beeped and i could turn it on again. Did nothing but remove the cover that must of been air wrenched on. Very difficult to unscrew because they were so tight. Have no clue why it works now from just removing the cover.

Great little Treadmill
Great little treadmill. I really am glad I bought this to go with my sit/stand desk. It makes it very easy to exercise while working. It’s portable and only weighs about 40 pounds. It replaces our full size treadmill, which I will sell and save us a whole lot of space!

Easy to use and helps get you moving more
Nice little walking pad. The walking part is a little more narrow than I thought it would be (or maybe I didn’t realize how far apart my feet are when walking normally) and as others mentioned can’t have a long gait but it’s not a deal breaker. Fairly quiet, easy to move and doesn’t take up a lot of space.
