Works great, but not something you want to be caught wearing
Gave this to my wife who was reluctant to try it, but she did.She says it actually works, but she felt silly wearing something that looked like underwear. She also argued that there are other options out there that do similar things without her needing to lock herself in a room.I pointed out that it did work, and again, she was impressed by how it alleviated her pain. On the other hand, she wasn’t sure she wanted something electronic covering up her private area.So, the final verdict is that it does what it says it does, but it looks silly. Looking at the Amazon page for the product, you have to head towards the last set of pictures to see what it actually looks like.Maybe it doesn’t need to fit like briefs. I did a quick search, and there are some heating pads you can wear that cover your private area without looking like something a superhero from the golden age of comics would wear.

Best upgrade EVER for that “time of the month”!
This pad has so many different settings and has impressive adjustability. I wear a L-XL and this fit fine with the Velcro sides. It was snug against me but it could’ve been more loose if I’d wanted it to be. I had SLIGHT cramping and turned on the heat/vibration for only 10-15 min and suddenly felt better! Honestly the heat was strong enough that I needed to turn it off after 15 min because I was feeling itchy with how hot it was getting. I figured it would be comfortable but wasn’t expecting it to actually ease the pain of any cramping after the pad was taken off. I haven’t used the battery at all, so no idea on how long the battery life lasted – I kept it plugged in. The battery life did not last, but this really doesn’t seem like something you could or would want to wear walking around – not really a “portable” item, but great for laying in bed!

Great conceptually… but I have notes…
I love the idea of this, or else I wouldn’t have ordered it. First thing you should be aware of: it’s a bit challenging to get into. It’s not terrible, and I don’t know about you, but when I am cramping, I just want it to be easy. This thing is like a diaper, so you kinda gotta put it on the bed, sit on it, and then strap it over yourself. And when you’re cramping, you don’t really want something to be tight. I’m a size 12 and to have it loosely on, it’s pretty much barely strapped on. And the thing is, because of that, I’m pretty much wearing this in my undies because it wouldn’t fit over another layer… which leads me to the next thing. Next: the crotch also warms up. I made the mistake of sitting upright with this thing on, and that does not work because the crotch is way too hot. When I tried it laying down, it was better, but still, after a while, it was getting a bit too warm for comfort. There are settings, but not individual settings on the various areas, so you can’t turn off one area. Next: the vibrating massager was kinda nice when I wasn’t cramping that hard. But when I was cramping hard, the vibration was more like a distraction for the pain, and and so the buzzing was just kinda irritating rather than relaxing. And so… this isn’t for me. I think I’d prefer something that wasn’t like a diaper, and maybe something I can just strap around my hips that would warm both my lower back and abdomen with an optional massager. This is just too much to be worth it when you’re already feeling tired and crampy.

Warm Relief Pad
The pad heats fast and feels soft against my skin, which makes it simple to use when I need quick relief. Adjusting the strap takes effort, and getting it on while uncomfortable is not ideal. The fit feels tight, and wearing it over clothing does not work well for me. The crotch area warms more than I like, and sitting upright makes that heat uncomfortable. Lying down helps, but the warmth still builds over time. The vibration works when my cramps are mild, but during stronger cramps it feels more distracting than helpful. The design has good intentions, and the materials feel sturdy, but the overall setup feels bulky. At 39 bucks, the value is fair, though I wish the controls allowed separate heat zones. This pad offers quick warmth but has comfort tradeoffs.

Ibuprofen, hot water bottles, lying face-down on the floor whispering “why” — I’ve tried it all.Although it feels like putting on a diaper, these are worth EVERYTHING. Lots more than just heat. Hard to understand how much you need heat AND massage simultaneously until you turn this thing on, lay back on your couch, and feel your entire abdomen just… release.Good stuff:- 3 heat settings, because it’s always painful but not the exact same every day- 3 vibration settings — ditto- The wrap design stays in place- Cordless and rechargeableLess than perfect parts (but entirely acceptable to me):- Battery life is solid but not infinite — charge it the night before your cycle is due- Gets hot fast, so ease into the higher settings if you have sensitive skin
