Warm and comforting to my injured daughter
My daughter was in a car accident, and another mom suggested that I give this a try because it’s what she used after her accident.Promptly purchased this after doing a lot of researching. I like the size on it, I like that it has ties around the waist as needed. I like that it’s not weighted because I found that the weighted ice pack was actually too heavy on her shoulders from all the Whiplash and spinal cord damage she received in the accident.I can honestly tell you this item was a tremendous comfort to my daughter. And it brought me a lot of comfort to see pictures of her using it. She was on her mission at the time, and because she’s so cheerful and doesn’t complain, nobody believed that she was injured. Meanwhile, I was keeping a close record of her pain, and after 6 long weeks, it was finally approved by her mission president for her to be flown home from her church mission to get mri’s and other testing from the t-boned accident.It’s been 3 months now and she’s very very injured. And the doctors haven’t even finished discovering the extend of her injuries.She loves to use this heat pack to help with pain and inflammation.. and just generally feel comforted at this emotional time. Sigh.But she loves this medically assistive product. And she isn’t the only one who loves it, her sister loves it too. Sister has spine issues from several health conditions, and uses this regularly.The only thing I don’t love about this is that the white plastic-like instructions are sewn onto it on the inside where you have it against your back, but it hasn’t seemed to bother my daughters.On very chilly days, you can find any one of us using this to warm up like an electric blanket. It’s really sizable! It also works great on legs or arms or feet.We sometimes even “fight”;) over who gets to use it! Haha! Of course my daughter who was in the car accident always gets first dibs!I really am grateful for this soft and velvety quality product that was reasonably priced.Thank you so much for making it!

Nice quality and heat
So nice I bought 3, one for me and 2 for gifts. I love that it covers my back and shoulders. It comes in handy after yard work or shoveling snow. Soft and comfortable with quick heat settings. No worries about falling asleep and burnout thanks to the timer.

This is a good heating pad. I needed one that reached over my shoulder. It clips in the front so it stays on. I wish it had more flexible options for the heating level as the lowest setting is 100 degrees, which can feel pretty hot.

Great size, for my tall husband. Heats up well. We already recommended it to a friend. The fact that it covers your shoulders and your neck while also doing back is a life changer! Anyone who suffers from pain in one of these three ares knows that the pain eventually migrates. So this heating pad is incredible!

This product exceeded all expectations. Meets and exceeds all that I expected from this product. Very soft, with just enough weight, the neck & shoulders area hits in all the right spots and ample length for back area. Heat is exceptional, can only run it on a #2 setting and it is more than enough, sometimes have to rack it down to #1 setting. Once turned off, the heat lingers for some time through the whole pad! Would highly recommend this & thinking of getting some for presents. So, so happy with the price for the exceptional quality this product delivers. Couldn’t be happier!

Hors tout, très confortable. Très bonne diffusion de la chaleur. Réglage de la manette peu compliqué . Seul problème: l’attache du collet est de mauvaise qualité et difficile à attacher, le pourquoi du 3 étoiles .Pour faire suite cet avis, j’aimerais corriger mon appréciation de 3 à 5 étoiles. Le jour suivant mon avis, le compagnie m’a contacté pour m’assister à régler la problématique . Ayant réglé moi-même cette problématique de l’attache, le fournisseur m’a offert un crédit partiel pour me dédommager.Vraiment impressionné du service.Le produit fonctionne à merveille.Merci!!!!

Got this for my husband and he loves it. He gets a sore neck and it comes up nice and high and heats nicely. Very thick and comfy. Can’t feel any wires inside and it has a nice long cord
